I saw Meth and Red last week...tight concert with amazing energy. Going to see the WU in two weeks ! CAN'T WAIT !!!

I too have seen GZA, Meth, Ghostface, and Raekwon by themselves...always HOT !!!

The Roots are the most underrated rap group ( IMO ) in the US. I'm from Philly like them, so I am quite biased !!! :D

I too want another Blackstar album, but I won't count on it.

have they released any since The End of Heartbreak? that was the last Killswitch album I heard. and honestly I didn't listen to it as much as I should've, because I also had vol 1: the subliminal verses by Slipknot at the time and it was so amazing it overshadowed everything else I was listening to *L*

I usually have anything on my boombox, excluding hip-hop and country, for obvious reasons. I sometimes like to music on my satelllite TV service. Lately the over-the-air radio crap is just that, crap.

Dude i haven't listen to the radio in about 5 years, seriously and sparsely before that. The last actual time I was a radio fan was between 1980 and 1988, When I lift new york in 1988 Radio was never the same. I stopped watching B.E.T after the canceled alot of the good show pre 2000, now it's just a bunch of Bojangles, ******* lol... I'll be respectful. But BET is worst than fast food.

The day I stopped listening to the radio and mtv and bet, was the greatest day of my life. I'm so out of touch with the new shit. I love it.

They did, DH. They came out with As Daylight Dies in November 2006. It's a good album. I don't think it's as good as The End of Heartache, cause that album was the shit, but it's still play-worthy. I like to listen to it when I work out

Yeah, I'm definitely out of the metal loop. I still love the music, but it's hard for me to listen to sometimes. You should beat up my ex husband for ruining metal for me!

I used to listen to some nu metal, but that's about it. Korn, adema, limp bizkit, ill nino, that kinda stuff. I know a lot about metal though, well I know a lot about most music so it's a given [IMG]. Not really into it that much though.

He made it so that I can't even listen to Metallica without crying almost every time :( And I used to adore them, especially the older stuff. Hell, that's where I got my screenname. From "Disposable Heroes" on the Master of Puppets album.

That blows. I really want to take him out back and beat the shit out of him for that!!

Though I'm more of a Megadeth fan myself. :D

That's some bullshit. How could he do that? Old Metallica is fuckin great. Everyone should be listening to it. Just don't listen to anything after 1991 :p lol. If you were with me, we would have been head bangin all fuckin day

Just think if Dave Mustaine never got kicked out of Metallica :smt003

Oh man, touchy subject. Dave Mustaine, IMO, is better off being kicked out. Don't diss my Megadeth. They're my absolute favorite band ever! :D

Oh no :p. I'm not shitting on them or Dave. I just sometimes think about what it would have been like if he stayed. Where would Kirk Hammett be lol?

It turned out pretty good for Dave. Megadeth is a quality band. They were one of the few bands who kept it metal in the 80s, who didn't go all glam and shit. I've got much respect for them

Good. I won't have to kick your ass then. ;)

I'm glad they didn't really change their sound. Their sound has matured with them, which I would expect with a band that's been around as long as they have....

Well I'm sure I don't need more of that.

That's a credit to them. Unlike Metallica, they didn't go soft
