I don't see how anyone could think that that's ok. Just because a spouce cheated doesn't give one the right to hit that spouce.

There is no excuse for that type of behavior. If your spouse cheated on you, go to counselling and try to work it out or divorce them. It's that simple.

 

Your mother is a smart woman! I don't agree with violence of any kind. I think if your man is acting up, a woman has the same opportunity as a man to walk away, and vice versa. However, I don't think anyone should take that kind of abuse either. So, maybe I'm on the fence.

 

I wouldn't hit her. I would just leave her in jail and call up my attorneys to start filing the divorce papers.

Ok, wait.. I don't understand, why would she go to jail? Because they got caught having sex? Hmm. I'm not sure thats criminal here... You'd probably get caught for offensive behavior and had to pay a bit. But jail. A bit harch I'd say-

and also, you don't hit someone because they cheat on you. You leave them or work it out. If you hit them, then I understand why they cheated on you..
