Tattoos on black men?

Any of you like black men with tattoos,or is it too bad boy/thugish?

 

I think they're nice as long as you don't do a The Game/Weezy and mess up your face with ink.



The Game's LA thing on his cheek looks ridiculous, I know he's proud but couldn't it have gone somewhere else?? And those tear drops are stupid, I don't believe any of them have killed anyone. But yeah, they look nice.

never understand. if you have beautiful skin boy/girl..why ink it up. To look attractive to the ladies just take care of your skin and keep your body toned.

I never understood why a woman would ink her skin. That's one of the beautiful qualities of a woman.

I always wanted a giant playing card tattooed on my back; an 'Ace of Spades' or the Ace of Diamonds. And then maybe a skull and cross bones on one bicep and a couple of dominoes on the other bicep..with each pip in the dominoes representing a special person in my life.

 

Like everything else in life, to each their own. I like well done tats.

Gang tattoos and shit.

Like the other poster said, well done tats and original ones. My one is small and means something so it's all good. Same for guys.

 

Oh! Ahaha. Me, I like tattoos sometimes and sometimes I don't. Depends on what they are. But if a guy does have gang tattoos, I don't think I would judge him because who knows? Maybe he's not associated with the gang any more and hasn't been able to afford laser removal or to get it covered yet, or never was in the first place and just going through a phase when he was a child. I know a white boy when we were like 11 he got gang tattoos (homemade ones) and he was never even in a gang, just being retarded. They can make a guy look kind of "hard", I guess. But I try not to judge people on first sight.

I don't mind them on my boyfriend. He as 4.

1.) eagle on his chest.

2.) mushroomhead on his right arm.

3.) lion on the left arm.

and

4.) vampire skull on his left leg.

Sometimes I just wish he could get some colors instead of just black. To me its plan.

 

My skin is to beautiful and smooth to deface it, My issue with tattoos in American culture is, monkey see monkey do, People are afraid to play the field by themselves. Individuality is dead, but I've never been a follower of anyone. I guess it's an Aquarian thing.

 

I think that if getting tattoos was simply following trends (or mass hysteria) then the majority of the population would have them, instead of a current minority. The majority of people in north America do not have tattoos.

Consider ear piercing for women in North America, most women have their ears pierced and that may be considered following a trend or monkey see monkey do. Tattoos, although more acceptable and mainstream today then in the 1950's for example, are still not on 98% of the population (or even 51% I bet).

I know, it's controversial and many hate them, many love them.

Last time I went to get mendhi there was a black guy ahead of me who was getting some arabic text on his back. It looked really good.

Yeah, I got 4 too. I love it when people generalize my reasoning for getting them, just because they prefer not to have them.
