Just curious if anyone here has a great recipe for beergaritas?

I'm looking online and there are so many variations.

Absolutely! But you have to give me a recipe to make them.

 

eh, never heard of a beergarita. I guess take a blender, pour in a corona and some margarita mix, add some cilantro and ice and blend. Garnish with a lime wedge or a mint sprig.

What should I wear?

 

LOL! You aren't too far off from what I've come across!

Wear what makes you feel comfortable.

If you like vodka, try 1 part vodka, 3 parts sprite, 1 part oj, and 1-2 parts cranberry juice, depending on how much you like cranberry juice. dump it into a blender filled with ice and it is delicious. Use Bicardi Limon instead of vodka if you want something a little more citrus-y.

I'd never heard of a beer 'garita before about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I went to a bachelorette party and they had them there. I decided to try it. It was beyond good. You can't taste the tequila (which in my book is fantastic! LOL). So, I asked the girl how she made it. She told me she put 6 coronas in there with this and that. Well, it's not like I'm writing the recipe down whilst I'm at a bachelorette party. I figured I'd find the recipe online anyway. I looked last night and there are several different variations. Some with only 6 oz of beer. Others with 3 beers. So, I'm just going to eenie meenie mienie mo it and pick 2 different recipes and try them.

If I find a good one I will definitely post it!

(And in the meantime, if someone knows the recipe, please share!)

 

Funny you should mention vodka. At the wedding I went to on Saturday, I had a bit of my friend's drink that was made with vodka and sprite and some other things and the vodka was so strong that I decided that unless it's in OJ, I'm not a fan of vodka. LOL. But, I'll keep this recipe for my friend who loves vodka! Thanks! :smt023
