I moved in with my bf now.The first week was a shock.His car got stolen and we had no warm water.
The car thieves got caught trying to commit a burglary in Belgium and since the car was too flashy they had trashed it before and placed it somewhere.
Well 1 got caught and the other 1 escaped but the caught one admitted everything so now my bf needs a new car cos the old 1 is too damaged

I ditched one of my friends last night to hang with our other friends. I lied to him and said I was going to a party last night but he saw me at the store. I hella feel like shit for ditching my friend. Wasn't worth it. Should've never done it. I feel HELLA bad.

 

Golabki (Polish) and golubtsy (Russian) are the same thing. And kopytki are the Belorussian name for potato pancakes. I have a grandmother back in Russia, and whenever we talk on the phone we always end up talking about cooking. She gives me her recipes, and I write them down, since she won't have a chance to teach me herself.

Back to the topic "what's going on with you", I'm very worried about finding a job. I'm graduating with a paralegal certificate in January. I'll be an immigration paralegal. The boss at my internship is not sure if he can give me a job. He likes me, but it's about money right now.

 

By the way Amazonka - I just want to vent about something. I always buy local Russian newspapers for my family, and before I bought them this week I knew they were not going to be happy about the Obama win, but that they were going to be that nasty??? This week they were just spitting venom and did not have one good word to say about Obama. One article was entitled "From Uncle Tom's Cabin to Barack Obama." You get the picture. Why??? Because he's black? See, that's why I don't have too many Russian friends. I don't understand racism and I can't relate to it. I work at an immigration law firm and deal with clients from all over the world every day. My boss is Jewish American and he was so pro-Obama that he couldn't stop talking about him for months before the election. He's an American Jew and the biggest Obama fan I've ever met! And these Russian papers were so furiuos that there were Jews who voted for Obama.:smt011

• I've gotten a pay raise - of course i wont say how much but its pretty good.

• Despite the hard times, i've put down some money on a new property.

• Getting myself ready for my dad's retirement party

• Preparing myself for my twins' 1st birthday anniversary - next friday exactly.

How to waste my time instead of studying

Money: broke. No lie!
Work: in a supermarket on weekends, babysitter on weekdays' afternoons, teach bellydance once a week, perform bellydance sometimes to restaurant or private parties.
A professor form the univ asked me to go on his tv show (local tv, very small one) about immigration to talk about my research. Still thinking about it.
Family: divorced parents, depressed dad, cool mum, idiot 18-year-olds brother :smt072.
Status: He says I'm his lady, I still must understand if he is real :smt105. I like him though. First time I like a man FIRST for his personality, then as CONSEQUENCE, for his body. He his in Qatar now and I won't be able to see him untill january. He has a bad relationship with tecnology so no messenger etc.

What else... I must study to join the order of social workers but i'm too lazy, and the exam costs 350 euros.
I Surfed on the web to see how US university for foreing ppl works and got depressed.
My computer's keyboard miss a letter, lol. I don't know how it jumped off. When I'll take it to fix they will ask me if I use to beat computers or something.
I talked with some ppl who added me on myspace or messenger from here. I'm glad I have the chance to make new friends.
I Went to the store and got a frame so i can put the first page of 5 nov newspaper on my room wall.
I'm practising Qiqong with a Shaolin monk, but he's the less nice monk i've ever met lol. He told me I must not wear clevedges while practising because there's a Buddah statue there and I must respect him (I made Buddah mad too, WDF rayer. I'm excited about feeling heat an energy on my hands while doing it though. I feel like I could do everything. (Kame-ame-aaaaaaaa!!!! lol sorry i had to talk like Goku in Dragonball).
About to create a thread about our pets, so we can share pics and say "awwwwww!" and i can show u my hairy love.

Well, I've been up all night trying to finish my video II midterm, and now I'm quite upset because the fucking thing won't export correctly.

Not to mention some drama with my family back home has had me not sleeping very well at all for a couple of days now. -_- To sum it up my youngest brother (14, almost 15 now) might either be going to foster care (not gonna let it happen!!!) or preferably in my care (even though I can't even afford to take care of myself right now -_-)
