No, not the kind who do stand up. ChosenOne thinks he's nerdy for mentioning video games?! pfft. Comics are much nerdier, and oh so awesome.

I've seen at least two other people here who like comics, I'm curious to see how many more there might be (I hope there are more at least!)

    some of my favorites:

    Series

    Uncanny X-men
    Astonishing X-men
She-hulk (new school, the writer before last)
    The Runaways
    The Walking Dead
The darker, more gritty Batman titles
    The Sandman
    Invincible

    Graphic novels

    300
    Sin City
    The Dark Knight Returns
I can't remember the name, but the Batman with the crazy awesome artwork and storyline involving the Joker holding Arkham hostage. So sweet.
    V for Vendetta
    Marvel 1602
    Squee
    Johnny the Homicidal Maniac
Hell, anything by Jhonen Vasquez is comedy gold

..I have probably forgotten a ton. I loves me some comics! There've been a few story arcs I've enjoyed from other titles (a couple Spider-man stuffs, the marvel civil war books, etc) but those are just the ones I thought of first.

Yep, I'm getting my nerd on this morning.

I read Archie's Comics when I was a kid, but that was about it. I'm more interested in books, non-fiction to be exact

They make non-fiction comics as well.

I read a lot of regular books, though I tend to gravitate more towards the fantastic, like mythological stories, a little bit of regular fantasy novels, or a good, suspenseful page-turner. Though I read my share of non-fiction as well. I've got this great book about Sigmund Freud and his most famous case studies. Interesting stuff! :D

But comics is still my shit. :smt060

Which comic is into IR? I remember a graphic comic of a IR couple set either in the 20's or 30's.
