I must admitt the raise leg got me as well. I think her str8 forwardness is the sexiest thing about her...but I must say thatif she approach me like that in a club,I'll walk away...just cant truss it. Good entertainment, though.
Chelsea isn't the hottest of them all, but she's sexy. Something about her sense of humor and straight-talk. Very hot.
You're wondering why he has to go to jail after illegally possessing guns? And DMX deserves to go to jail for his shit. He Sure he may have a nice personality, I'm sure ODB did, but there's no way around the bad shit they've done. Look at their rap sheet. Come on. X stole a car and tried to play as an FBI agent. And that;s just one thing. You think he shouldn't be put in jail? And X has glorified felonies in his music before as well. X needs to get his shit together. He's a sick MC, but he's still a dumbass getting caught up in shit still. And I guess X is a decent guy, while TI, who is trying to clean up his city now is scum or some shit(since you make it sound like TI is a bad guy). I hate TI's music, but I respect him a lot more than X. TI is getting his shit together while X has been a fuck up since his days in prison with K Solo. But I guess you would be kinda fucked in the head as an ex-crack addict. But that;s no excuse.
Agreed ^^(BrothaAjax) I was like WTF when she said that about DMX - I mean he seemed okay on Soul of a Man or whatever that show was called but have you read the stuff he's done, one of the charges he apparently went down for was animal abuse/neglect. Maybe I'm a hippy animal lover or whatever but abusing dogs is not a characteristic of a good personality. T.I isn't really glorifying his felonies I don't think, recently he's been on shit like that crime stoppers show you guys have over there and really encouraging the youth and everyone to vote, whereas DMX didn't even know who Obama was! You've read that interview, you have to have. He just took the piss out of Obama's name saying that ain't a real name. It was funny in a really tragic way. Besides T.I carried weapons because his guy was killed. If one of your crew were killed whilst they were with you wouldn't that scare you? NOT that I condone weapons at all though I kinda like T.I's music, I like Swagga Like Us minus Weezy's verse. I appreciate Lil Wayne's skill and he has a few okay songs but he annoys me. Kanye and Jay killed it IMO. I also like No Matter What because of what the song's about. Generally speaking however I'm not really into Southern stuff, good to dance to though. But give me some Gang Starr anyday and I'll be a really happy white girl But yeah, ODB did seem cool and all but he really did need to be in jail, I mean, who steals a pair of $50 sneakers from footlocker when you have like $$$$ more in your pocket?! RIP though.
Agreed, minus the part about lil wayne having................skill(It pains me to say lil wayne and skill in the same sentence). But yeah, that shit was sad when X didn't know about obama. Not really that he didn't know about obama, but how he handled the situation. Sounded straight ignorant. I'd also like to say FUCK DMX!!!! for what he said about the west coast. "But I don't like a lot of West Coast rappers. West Coast rap is too laid back, too focused on marijuana with all the blunts and lowriders. There's nothing honest. There's no trouble in it, you know? There's no hardship in it. Everyone in L.A. that raps has a lowrider and a fat blunt. Back here in New York, we're still walkin' and still smokin' dirt, you know? There's no hardship in their rap, there's nothin' to make you say, ‘I can relate to that." The crack really must've gotten to X. No hardships in West Coast rap? Is that mufucka serious? I take it he''s never heard of NWA, Above the Law, Tweedy Bird Loc, South Central Cartel, CMW, Kam, WC Paris(who's new cd I just picked up, he's basically a one man Public Enemy from the Bay Area), and a bunch of other West Coast rappers that cover hardships and shit folks can relate to. As for southern shit, I like it. But not the bubblegum snap shit on the radio. The 90's G-Funk shit, with the laid back deep bass ass shit. Love the G-Funk sound, more on the West coast bust I love the southern G-Funk. Lyrically in the south, I'm not impressed, aside from the Geto Boys. Also, I'd like to add Gangstarr>lil wayne.
Lol Weezy does look and sound like a gremlin or something. I can understand where people are coming from with his pre The Carter III stuff but he just pisses me off. Thinks he's too good for his fans - not showing up to half his shows and the carry on he pulled in the UK, basically acting like a spoilt little bitch. He forgets that it's because of fans that he can afford diamond encrusted lambourghini's... I read that in a UK tabloid, wtf. Lol. Who really needs that?! Crazzzzy rich rappers. Yeah, DMX just sounds pretty ignorant, I'd never read that West Coast thing before. I do like a lot of his music though. Oh and that thing he had with Ja Rule was straight up pathetic. I really hate speaking abotu hip hop beef though lol. DMX does need to get his shit sorted, not likely to happen. I guess he just took what most people associate with gangsta rap (like blunts and lowriders) which is again ignorant because it's not all like that. But to say that people in LA do not suffer depravities like people in NY is ridiculous. I don't know what makes him say half the shit he does, I guess you can blame it on all the dodgy stuff he puts in his body. Yeah Gang Starr >>>>>>> x 1000000 Weezy. DJ Premier is one of my favourite producers - Boom by Royce da 5'9 and Nas is Like are two of my favourite tracks Oh and get what you mean lyrically about Southern rappers, but you forgot Outkast I love Andre and his hippy ponchos. Their lyrics are decent also
I used to be a lil wayne fans back in like 99 when I was a dumb ass 5th grader with no taste in actual hip-hop. Plus lil wayne looked like my god brother(back then at least) so that was another reason. I'm not even gonna get into detail about his snails pace slow in his "freestyles" and his god awful punchlines("I'm so high, I could eat a star? I'm a venereal disease like menstruation?") LAME!!!! lil wayne needs to get his shit together too. Always fucked up on syrup n' shit. And I like how DMX disses the west coast, but then he did a song with Jayo Felony. Glad to see their is somebody who knows about MCs AND producers. Primo makes some sick beats. My favorite Primo beat is Represent by Nas and NY State of Mind by Nas. I'm more on west coast producers though like Battlecat, Warren G, TC and Cold187 because they use live instrumentation in their production, as with a lot of 90s west coast music. And yeah, Oukast is cool. I like their older more laid back shit. Players Ball is a sick track.
Yeah, I'm a little hip hop head really. I've never ever met a guy who I can talk about music to for hours because they don't always know what they're talking about. I just read Wikipedia too much and some *cough* music falls off trucks onto my computer harddrive *cough* So I know a lot about a lotta stuff. I really need to listen to more West Coast hip hop. I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to the West Coast. I mean I obviously know about the mainstream stuff like NWA, Luniz etc... but I just haven't got around to listening to much of it, I need some reccomendations. My favourite MC's are always Talib Kweli and Mos Def. I want another Blackstar album. Sooo happy Mos is dropping another album. I thought he'd given up on music for acting, but no His last album wasn't that great so hopefully this one will be good. Also happy bout Common's new album coming out. My other favourites are obviously the Wu Tang, I had the pleasure of goin to London to see them earlier this year - was immense, even though I find London a little scary (lol). 8 Diagrams was okay, coulda been better. Uhh, obviously like Hova, Nas, Mobb Deep etc. I also saw Red N Meth earlier this year which was also pretty good. I'm going to the UK Rock the Bells in a couple weeks (unfortunately co-incides with GZA's show) but at RTB Nas, Pharcyde and Mos Def will be there... so far. Hoping there's more I go to way too many shows. Oh and I like Warren G, well actually I like Regulate, but everyone likes that. See! I really need to learn my shit on West Coast. Should I be ashamed I'm going to see The Game in December?! Lol. I'm getting a lot of hassle for that. Minus the name dropping (honestly, stop mentioning 100 names in your songs) and stupid facial tattoos I think he's cool.
I could talk about hip-hop for days. Luckily I got some friends who are hella deep into hip-hop like me, cause it's hard to find anybody these days who like old school shit, or just good hip-hop that isn't force fed through mtv, vh1, niggatainment television. Shit seems to just fall onto my hard drive. Nothing big, just *cough*60 gigs*sneeze*. West Coast shit is my favorite. You should really check more of the shit out. NWA is my favorite group(Eazy being my favorite member and rapper of all time). Of course in general, the west ain't touchin' the east lyrically, but there are still some lyrical rappers(The DOC being one of them, highly respected in hip-hop). But the production in the west is what gets me the most. My favorite MCs and rappers are NWA as a group, Eazy, Kool Mo Dee, Big L, Ice Cube. If you haven't heard Big L's music, you should check him out. He's a beast. Not like lil wayne beast. I mean this dude really deserves the title beast and one of the greatest MCs ever. He was up there with Pac and Big. Some west coast suggestions for ya: Foesum-Perfection(real laid back beats, not to explicit, so if you like west coast beats but no the bitch ho thing, you'll like this) Twinz-Conversation(No to explicit, produced all by warren G) Dove shack-this is the shack Warren G-I Want It All The DEEP-Parlayin Ant Banks-The Big Badass, Sittin' On Somwthin' Phat and Big Thangs are good(from the bay area, and has the sickest funkiest basslines EVER) South central Cartel-All Day Everyday Lil 1/2 Dead-Steel On a Mission and the Dead Has Arisen(sounds like some horrorcore shit, but it's not that at all, real laid back) Vontel-Vision of a Dream King Tee-4 Life Above the Law-Uncle Sam's Curse, Livin' Like Hustlers, Black Mafia Life are great albums Kokane-Funk Upon a Rhyme(Produced by Above the Law) I smooth 7-Ghetto Life(Produced by Battlecat) Battlecat-Gumbo Roots Compton's Most Wanted-We come Strapped Ice-Cube-AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted, Death Certificate, Predator, Lethal Injection(ALL classic) Kam-Made in America Paris-Guerrilla Funk, Sleeping With The Enemy, Acid Reflex Any NWA cd WC and the Madd Circle_Ain't a Damn thing Changed WC(solo)-Guilty by Affiliation I got a LOT other, but these are the one's I've been listening to more recently and give 5 stars to. I was gonna go to Rock the Bells in Atlanta in 07, but I got there a day late and missed out. I was pissed. And warren G has hella sick productions. I love his shit(not just Regulators:grin:, but a lot of his shit from his albums and other albums he has produced on). As far as the Game......................no comment. While I don't like the Game, I can't deny what he's done for bringing the west back, and I've heard some sick verses from him, like his verse on WC's West Caost Voodoo song and DPG's Anybody Killa song. But his name dropping gets hella annoying. Damn near every song, "Cruisin' in my 64 like Eazy, RIP Pac, Big ups to BIG". I was glad like any other die hard Eazy fan when E got his props but damn, that shit was too much. Plus, there was the beef with the Game and lil Eazy-E where supposedly the Game claimed to be Eazy's son(The fuck??). Damn, that was a lot of typing.:smt024
Apparently he was involved in some brawl where he attacked a female sheriff but who knows if this is true.
