Heyyy, I'm Bailee!

Soooo, I have a boyfriend, he is white like me, so I might not be allowed or welcomed here but a recent disagreement led me to stumble onto this site and I learned so much about these types of relationships... like I had no idea Fredrick Douglas was married to a white woman in the 1800s!

I created an account to learn and to just say that even though a lot of people might still be judgemental over these relationships I support them 100000000000% and totally get it!

Which thread or subject you want to have revived? Many in my case.

 

I think it may be experiencing regular ebbs and flows due to variations in everyone’s personal and professional lives. I personally like some of the chats around our varied experiences as part of an IR couple.

 

Well the first post I found was the one on history and it was very interesting. Most of the other things I've looked at haven't had new posts for months. Wbu?

 

I think the comments on the big debates come and go, especially if they're concurrent with some current affairs news item.

 

It also seems like it might just be a good sign that forums like this are less necessary because interracial relationships are so normal now and common. A lot of these threads were created like before I was even born so I am sure back then outlets like these were super important.

Ahem, I resemble that remark... That being said, I'm glad I'm not the only old man on the site.

 

Mine is history, lR in Europe and Australia. Also, books and movies about lR where there's a brother in the lead.
