I just found out that HBO cancelled "The Nevers" almost a month ago: https://deadline.com/2022/12/westworld-the-nevers-pulled-hbo-max-canceled-1235197233/ I knew something was up when HBO still hasn't annouced a mid-season 1 premiere date for over a year & half. The 2nd half of the season may end up premiereing & airing on a another streaming service.
Nah, it was HBO worsening financies that got it cancelled. They are canceling anything expensive , going clean slate to improve thier books.
You must've been tuned out when Whedon's scandals were being reported on back in 2020 - January 2022. Here's the section of his Wikipedia page that discusses his scandals: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joss_Whedon#Accusations_of_workplace_harassment
They way they handled the wynonna and dolls was special, sort of a special 'fuck you' because even though everyone shipped and had chemistry they still made him permanently dead unlike every other character that comes back to life. I actually kept hope that they would like bring him back in the last episodes and make them endgame but f me, I'm still salty.
Carnival Row - Official Season 2 Trailer (2023) It took them soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to finally put out season 2. But worth the wait. It looks good!
We do not agree on this at all LOL! But I know I'm in the minority here with my opinion. I prefer the couples get together soon so we can see more healthy, sexy long-term wwbm relationships. But like I said, that's just me lol
To me it more depends on how fast I think the show is going to be cancelled so for more genre shows get the point lmao. For standard network fare in tried and true genres like cop shows, take your time if you want.
