There is great variety in a woman's weight distribution, and I actually don't really mind or care that much if someone prefers more slender women, we are all entitled to our preferences, it is when people get nasty about it. When a man expresses his preferences is one thing, but when he seems to have to insult those who do not fit his preferences is what I have a problem with. Or if he does not like bigger women, he says it in a way to imply that she should somehow be ashamed, and that she does not deserve love, or she is somehow a joke open for insults and what he thinks are his clever funny comments with his buddies.

That really boils me, I just this week had an unpleasant experience with this, it was night, and noisy, so I am not positive, but I got a feeling a guy passing me in his car shouted a slur to me as I was getting into my car, "f'**a'**whore is what it sounded like, so yeah, that is where I have a problem, when he feels he can just drop comments and insults and women are just to be picked and chosen like objects, to be scored and rated. Yes, folks, fat shaming is real, and those who might say otherwise is not seeing reality.

On the flip side, I also acknowledge that some people shame slender women too, that is a backlash from years of the fashion and entertainment industry picking on bigger women in the past, bottom line, nobody should be body shamed, if you don't like something, just say no thanks, not my preference, don't say anything mean and keep it moving. I once made a comment to a fat person once, as a small immature child, but I have since grown up, and bigger, and see people, and men who are grown up who still seem stuck in childhood insults.

Also the way someone carries themselves also plays a big part too, in being attractive, being confident, is just as much a piece of the attraction puzzle, but it can be hard sometimes when one gets continual negative messages around them.

on a side note, @thefireyphonenix, like the new avatar, but I liked your old one too, nice smile, why did it suddenly change after you came out with admiration for bigger girls? it was nice by the way.

Misshyness, I appreciate your comments about my smile. There is no connection between my feelings about bigger women and the picture. It's just a coincidence.
