Actually the 1 group that is an example of The Horseshoe theory is probably the Boogaloo Boys. The Boogaloos seem to be a mix of Far-left anti-government anarchists & Far-right anti-government Libertarians.

Jimmy Dore just figured that out last night & has been trending on Twitter since than:

Reading through the "Jimmy Dore" trending subject (https://twitter.com/search?q="Jimmy Dore"&src=trend_click&vertical=trends), The Left seems to be suffering Cognitive Dissonance. They've been gaslight by the fake news media for so long that the Boogaloos are supposed to be some type of Far-Right White Supremacist group they refuse to believe that the Boogalos aren't:

Their voters simply do not care. They don't care about anything they just want to hate

Very few of them will admit that was their entire philosophy from the jump. 45 gave them the platform they so desperately needed.

Even after winning in 2016 with assistance from Putin, it was never about working together to form a more perfect union. It was all about "Owning the Libs".

Barnes is talking about AOC's rhetoric in general, not the line about the confederacy being full of traitors.

Is that not unlike the GOP in general being very anti-Trump, then totally kowtowing to him once he won? In fact... Some of them like Cruz and Rubio took it further as Trump totally bitch-slapped many times on the campaign totally became submissive/obedient to him.

Actually some of these GOPe politicians were pretending to like Trump because he's arguably the most popular GOP POTUS ever among the actual GOP voting base. Being openly Anti-Trump as a GOP politician usually meant the end of their career.
