    From what I've seen, the personality is definitely there, and I have no reason to doubt your conversational skills. Yep, sounds like a perfect spot for networking. Even if it's just dream now, as long as you hang on to it, it'll be ready for you when you're ready for it. ;)

    You're basically going to be analyzing countries the way companies are looked at.
