That day, he told people to not worry, just wash your hands and that's pretty much it...he did nothing different than what President Trump did prior to declaring a National Emergency.

Again, Obama did NOT declare A NATIONAL EMERGENCY until 6 months later and thousands of people had died.

Obama called H1N1 a public health emergency SIX WEEKS before the Word Health Organization called it a pandemic.

6 months later, Obama declared H1N1 a national emergency after 1000 Americans had died.
