Based on the Jordan Edwards/Roy Oliver case, I'm expecting 10-15 years.

I'd be surprised if it was the minimum given how bad she her actions after the shooting were. She made no attempt to resuscitate Jean despite having a full aid kit in her backpack, she could be heard whining about how she was going to get fired in the bodycam footage from the cops who responded to her call, and she was texting her married boyfriend the entire time.

Usually, prosecutors don't give full effort when it's a cop on trial, but they put all of her dirt on display.

 

Also, here's the proof that this bitch is racist as fuck. I think that the speculation about her affair with Jean needs to end.

Yeah he is a bit. Because wasn't SHE racist? I need my memory jogged on it, but I could of sworn folks found out some things about her. Folks did hype it up that a white cop killed a black man but people are tired of seeing these murders of unarmed black men and nobody actually paying the consequence for it. It creates unrest and anger.

I think the thing that's going to matter here is the sentence.

Also he doesn't really make any sense. If he is one of those reasonable people that believe life in prison wouldn't be too much for her then how does he think that's going to happen if she would've got a lesser charge.

I forgot certain details of this case until reading the article. Dude was a church going choir singing accountant at one of the top firms not only in the US but the world. Talk about a model minority not to mention dude was in his own home minding his business when she broke into his home. This was literally a home invasion even if you buy her bs about being mistaken about the apartment it doesn't absolve you from the crime committed. So the only wiggle room a juror could possibly have is saying hey I'm a racist and believe all blacks need to executed.

Texas sentencing guidelines are broad for this 5-99 years. Also the sentencing will be up to the jury.

Well she just got sentenced to 10 years & people mad AF on my Twitter timeline. That 10 year sentence is embarrassing, they might as well have just charged her with Manslaughter instead.
