So not a a police officer but a 'NYPD source'. What does that even mean? If the NYPD isn't releasing any info about the video or even have the video what is this source doing?

That video needs to be made public so the world can see what's going on.

 

Here is the surveillance footage that TMZ obtained but they are on some bullshit with what's going when you can see yourself. First of all the woman sat down next to him and his girlfriend Claudine De Niro and started talking to them. Cuba does put his hand on her thigh(but not in a sexual manner but in this era you basically have to go the way of Keanu Reeves.) the next thing TMZ takes the woman's side in claiming he does is grab her breast, BUT it looks MORE like he rose his hand up and she grabbed his hand because for the rest of the duration(until a guy came over) they were holding hands. Also he pulls her hand in and kisses it.

The video is a little grainy, but that is what I see. His hand goes up NOT touching her breast and she immediately starts holding his hand.

I seen this across my TL and this is an example of how the media proves how gullible and willfully ignorant people are because the headline of this story was misleading and folks were thinking he tried to cover something criminal he did up until you start READING the article which is something this generation don't like to do unless it's a Ariana Grande lyric video.

Sexual misconduct and the entertainment industry goes hand and hand. I think it is important to show the misconduct of both men and women. Either way, you are entitled to your theory.
