That's rich men protecting their interest also knowing that any conflict that has to be fought will be done by their goon squad. Black men on the other hand are far more vulnerable. The Black Panther Party was a great example of black men sticking together and they called the goon squad to kill them for it. And no none of those white guys are part of the crew they're the hired help.
If you need proof white men don't stick together look at how easily they ship jobs away destroying entire communities without even blinking. In fact they manipulate them and make them believe powerless Mexicans are the cause.
Look at literally any other society on earth from Rome to Egypt to Korea mofos will kill their own families for more power and wealth. Zero loyalty. You may see a momentary alliance but given the opportunity they'll stab you in the back and take all you got.

I don't usually share too much about what I do anymore since I'm not trying to brag about myself as well as I know circumstances change like the wind but I've worked in finance for nearly 10 years now and trust me when I say yes the upper echelons are mostly white but being white doesn't give you the kind of edge people think it does. What's more important is where you went to school. So even as far back as high school, if you went to Choate or Deerfield or Hackley or Windsor chances are you know someone at a finance firm or have enough in common that you're a "good fit". Then undergrad matters so you have your ivy leagues your top tiers like Stanford and MIT then you have to go to grad at one of the top B schools or do exceptionally well at state school (top 3 to 5%)
Yes you deal with some racist nonsense (nothing super overt but dumb stuff like "I thought you'd be good at basketball") but bottom line is what kind of clients or revenue do you bring in. So either you have the connections through past experiences like going to Deerfield or Yale to bring in high net worth clients or you're exceptional wealth manager who can see the trends. My claim to fame is seeing the crypto market before it gained steam. I've made clients up to a 13x return which is virtually unheard of. They care most about return on investment and just being white won't gain you access. Solidarity is a fucking lie its all about wealth accumulation and protection.
What makes more sense to you surrounding yourself with people who look like you or people who improve your situation. Unless you're a fool (which most of these dudes obviously aren't) you pick the latter.
