Although I understand what you are getting at and in some ways agree, men arguing over each other's "artwork" is something that happens in all fields using all mediums. I agree to a point, but I think this is a bad example. The GOP example, however, was spot on. I have noticed that black female opinions tend to have a lot of sway as to whether black men stick together or not (Kind of like beta simps vs alphas and such).

In regards to the GOP "sticking together" I think it is often more of a party thing than a racial thing. Their party tends to stick together and back each other through a lot of stuff when they should probably jump. I vaguely remember Jamie Foxx mentioning this. I think it was during a thing with denzel washington, richard gere, and matt damon.

Finally, to TDK's point, I think he means that it only "appears" to be support. I happen to agree with him here as it is more about saving face and maintaining appearances than it is about truly supporting each other. Even though terrible things happen, WASP Ultra-Conservatives pride themselves on ignoring the elephant in the room.

There were protests in Brooklyn after the officer who killed Akai Girly got arrested. Asian people thought it was messed up the cop was being held accountable when white officers got to go free.
Yes momentarily it seems like they have each others back but not really. We see how flimsy the support is on the right. They are the law and order folk but look how quick they turned on the FBI (mostly conservative agents) when they investigate trump. They're loyalty is moment to moment convenience. The only thing they believe in is individuality above all else. I always say you can tell how bullshit the GOP anr white supremacy is because it has nothing to do with unity or love of other white people its all about hating others. And at some point the others can be white too ie Catholics and Protestants. There is zero loyalty in this game
