A guy would be silly to get surgery for looks. If you're rich, you have more than enough time to focus on fitness and health, that's all you need.

 

Well sure but note I said money can help you look better by a lot. Plastic Surgery is one method sure but being rich means you have the time and ability to hire a personal trainer and personal chef to watch that Health and Fitness.
