This case is probably true...NFL thoroughly investigates these matters now since the "Ray Rice" incident..But what is she talking about....? Who listens to WW anymore...? Jameis Winston allegedly raped two white women...nothing happened...Kobe allegedly raped a WW...nothing happened...Nothing will happen with Bill Cosby...allegedly raping a majority of White Women...What makes her think the authorities will believe her, just because she's a White Woman and he is a Black Man...?

Well, that's what he said she said. And you are correct.

The key word is allegedly, though. While Bill may be guilty, haven't some of his accusers admitted to/been exposed as lying? Kobe allegedly raped a woman but had no proof and had another man's jizz and pubes in her panties at the examination. She either fucked another dude after that or put on an older, unwashed pair of underwear. As far as the Ezekiel Elliot case, the part that makes her lose credibility is She and her friend are trying to get their lie together. And why would she endure beatings and then decide she is fed up after not being invited to a birthday party? Unless she is fucked in the head.

The others, I didn't follow so I can't speak on them.

Jameis was accused of raping ONE woman, not two. Don't put that deuce on him.

Horseshit. The NFL is in a reactionary state where it's afraid of bad press, so it's willing to punish players just to avoid a replay of the way that the media treated the league in 2014.

Remember when there were a bunch of "victims advocates" claiming that he'd assault somebody else and flame out of the league? How's that working out?

If he were the sexual predator that they made him out to be, I seriously doubt that he would have been able to keep his nose clean for this long.

I think people still default to listening to ww, the difference is when money is involved. The people who get over on the system are generally rich. The man we are discussing had money and the NFL behind him, that white kid who raped that girl had money, (even though the whole neighborhood was against that dirty piece of shit when he got over on the system).

The average black boy/man that doesn't have much money is still vulnerable to false allegations at the hands of all women (bw do this sort of thing too).

Luckily, it is obvious that this woman is lying if the text messages are in fact true.

One of the problems here is that video of him pulling the top down on that girl without consent at a parade. It's non-legal and unrelated evidence in this case that could mean he did it. Because doing something like that says he has the morality to stoop to a low she is accusing him of.

"It's a common tactic to prove the innocence of the accused". No shit, nikka. That's the key word. PROOF.

All this so those dumb whores can get boob jobs. Dumb ho, broke bitch mentality. I hope they end up on the god damn street.

Seriously. And that's not just true in domestic violence cases, that's a tactic used in every criminal case that exists: murders, robberies, burglaries, drug possession, you name it. There are entire bodies of law that deal specifically with witness credibility and the various ways that it can be attacked. And they are used by both defense attorneys and prosecutors.

Victims of crimes should definitely receive any justice that they're entitled to but that doesn't mean that we should swing the pendulum entirely in the other direction and automatically assume someone's guilt just because that person has been accused of something.

I think the NFL suspended Zeke for 6 games not just because of this one domestic violence case, but also for two other incidents he was never punished for.

Zeke was the alleged attacker in a club where a dude was knocked out cold, but the police either couldn't get other patrons to pin it on Zeke, or the victim didn't press charges with police.
And Zeke pulled down some woman's top during a St. Patrick Day's parade. What's funny though is after Zeke did it, this chick took out BOTH her tits on her own.lol

If this was Zeke's only transgression, I don't think the NFL suspends him.

These young pro athletes hang around some wild ass females. They just gotta be careful. But at the least all of them should know they can't hit women.
