I heard a rumor of Usher being on the down low years ago. But these black gossip sites accuse every damn black male celebrity of being on the downlow, so you don't know what to believe.

 

The man could be a transsexual.

 

Or one of the women Usher sleep with, passed it on to another man, and that man got word of this, and is being an opportunist.

Plus with std's like herpes over 60% are infected so this shit seems WAY over blown.

 

It's really hard to prove the chain of infection in court enough to convince a jury Usher was patient zero and not one of these thots he was fucking around with.

Usher's only trip up is if there are text messages showing him admitting he infected someone.

 

I'm sure each person have to prove a connection. Your theory doesn't apply if he's fully gay - it doesn't make sense that a woman who was with Usher, then gave it to the man in the lawsuit..

Not just text, but a settled lawsuit.
These civil matters usually do settle before going to trial, the caveat being like Cosby and Charlie Sheen's cases, settling doesn't necessarily exempt one from criminal liability.
