When I was dealing with the adoption arena, there were many black couples wanting to adopt biracial children rather than children from 2 black birth parents. Even when they were wanting black kids, they would often ask to see pics of the parents to see how dark they were.

Yeah, that does make sense. I would think it varies by state because some women just say the father took off which can mean anything for they actually left to they just stopped coming around but live in the same place, at which they'd just have to deliver a court order to his house.

    That is terrible.

Making the children circus freaks in a way.

If I had a biracial child and someone dared to say something I would go total bananas on their back. Nobody touches my family.

I am ashamed of my gender. When it comes to children you simply don't get to chose the gender or the color beforehand, only if you want it or not.

I bet we cross a bunch people everyday who are the products of parents wanting a child with desirable traits based on their skin color.

Probably, or something else. I inherited my fathers amazing eyes and engineer intelligence, my mum was proud as a rooster because of it. My sisters got his height, she was damn proud of that too.

100% of the biracial kids you see up for adoption have white mothers.

    How do I know this??

BW will NEVER put a mixed child up for adoption...nor will they ever abort a child they even THINK is fathered by a non-BM.

    Yes, you're right.

The reality of how awful people can be is a tough one to deal with. That's the least of it. How about that the adoption fees are less for black children, the least for black boys.

You know what....I never thought about it until you said that. It's true. I have dealt with a LOT of adoptions situations (most of which were biracial or black) and it's true. I've actually even know cases of black moms who have parented their biracial children and placed their black children for adoption.

    I almost start to cry.

    And why is that?

yes...I know. Back in the day, I used to go into adoption chats and there were times I would get physically ill from the things people were saying and doing. It's really an eye opener and quite disgusting. Heartbreaking for sure.

I'll tell you something else you don't or won't ever see.

A biracial child with a goofy made up name.
That indignity is reserved for the children of BM.

When a BW is pregnant by a non-BM...they are in the bible looking for a name.
When they are expecting a BM's baby....they are digging in the garbage dumpster for a name.

hmmm never thought about that one either.

I can just tell you that I'm in some "FOC" groups and it's really interesting to see the differences with the bw who are with wm, also how they are towards ww who are with bm. I'm a watch and see type of person with some things. I'm still sortof figuring it out.

It's interesting how the black moms will talk differently to "other" moms than when they are talking to the other black moms in the groups.

They really are bad stewards of children.

Some people doesn't deserve to be a parent.

The baby needs a name that functions good in any situation and circumstance, and I prefer a short first name since many children have both their fathers and mothers last name.

    Agreed.

When I was in there they would often go on with reasons/excuses why they weren't open to adopt biracial or black children (while they were going on about how expensive and how long the wait was for white babies....oh and btw they prefer drug white babies over healthy black children too!) saying how I thought everyone should adopt black children. Which couldn't be further from the truth, my point was they shouldn't be allowed to adopt anything...not even a dog with their fucked up thinking.

1.that's how they feel about "good" hair
2.the positive attention they get from the community...which is a malignant anti-BM matriarchy...
3.the unconditional love they have for non-BM.

You'll never get them to admit it....you have to WATCH them.
