Dating Shows with BM/WW IR

If I was his attorney I would advise him to preemptively file a criminal and/or civil complaint against her and the show runners. Because if the argument for misconduct is that she was too drunk to consent, he was too. He legally has the same rights of protection that she does.

 

^^ If I'm Demario I'm praying that Corrine Olympios wants to return to shooting TOMORROW and this whole deal gets resolved by the time you finished reading this sentence. There couldn't be a case if all the parties involved can come together and the resume shooting this weekend. Slim chance I know but damn if it wouldn't be the best possible outcome short of a video which persuasively exonerates Demario with Corrine wrapping her white creamy thighs around his neck while she lovingly runs her fingers thru his hair. If Corrine is lying there on the poolside patio like a leg of lamb and dead to the world around her as Demario chows down like a hungry viking . . . that video wouldn't be helpful would it?

But he has the fact that she has already came out and said she doesn't blame him and have been on speaking terms with him and he still has the video footage and the account of those who seen it. I hope he is setting up to counter sue, because it looks like they are teaming up on him.

"It all started at the bar where DeMario was hanging out,' a friend of the reality star tells DailyMail.com. 'Corrine went up to him, they started talking and then she hopped into his arms and started making out with him.

'She then grabbed his hand and said let's go to the pool.
They were hanging out, making out, kissing, fingering. This is all on tape. There were cameras around, producers, there's everybody. This was all being filmed for the show.

The next thing you know Corrine, 24, tells DeMario, 30, to take off his clothes. He took off his pants, but he couldn't have sex with her because he had gone limp from drinking.

According to the friend DeMario was kind of sitting up and his feet were in the water.

'Corrine came right above him and puts her p***y right in his face and he starts going down on her. There's a cameraman right there. Nobody is saying anything. It was like a porn scene,' says the friend.

Then one of the producers came over and said 'cut', and told DeMario to put his clothes on.

'This whole thing about Corrine being limp and sliding underwater is bulls***. She was not blackout drunk. There was even another contestant who walked by and said "I see you guys,"'according to the friend.

This is the part that makes sense why Corrine is suing:

"She wasn't limp. She was fine,' the friend says.

When Corrine was with DeMario she was tipsy, she had been drinking, but it wasn't until later in the night that she got really drunk. Everyone was drinking and having fun. In fact, the other contestants thought Corrine and DeMario were going to date because they seemed so happy together.

''From that point she fooled around with three different guys. Derek [Peth], Nick [Benvenuth] and Alex [Woytkiw]. They all happen to be white. DeMario is black. I'm just saying.'

The next day, the friend recounts, every thing was fine. No one said anything, but then the following day, one of the top guys on the show told DeMario that a third party person said she was offended by DeMario and Corrine's sexual actions in the pool and that she was going to sue the company.

'Funny thing is the girl is Corrine's best friend. Her best friend came up to her and basically told her that showing off her p***y in public and letting DeMario go down on her in public was going to make her look bad and thst fooling around with so many other guys was going to hurt her image for the new show,' says the friend

The deal was Corrine was suppose to do Bachelor in Paradise, and then get her own show afterwards. Corrine freaked out, and all of a sudden changed her tune, according to the friend."

 

The friend brought race up which is what everybody has been trying to be subtle about, but if she fooled around with other guys and it was more than kissing why isn't she or anybody else bringing that up? She didn't "consent" to fooling around sexually with those other guys, right? I know that her and Demario went further, but if it was more than just kissing with those other guys and she was too drunk to consent to anything then they are no different.

 

This is the reason why there probably will not be a black bachelor, just look at the uproar, SMH.

 

When I submitted my earlier post about Corrine's talent producer for "Bachelor in Paradise" I never knew how on point I was lol. This rendition of the events sounds plausible to me and very much in line with what I posted previously. Sources said that the talent producer wasn't even there and got her information second hand after the event occurred

 

In that case, she needs to be stopped.

 

UPDATE:

The contract contestants sign, obtained by TMZ, says in part all contestants waive their right to sue producers over claims of "negligence, personal injury (including without limitation, any injuries arising out of the transmission of a sexually transmitted disease or unwelcome/unlawful contact or other interaction among participants)."

The short of it ... even if she was in a blackout state when she was engaged in sexual activity with DeMario Jackson", the producers would not be responsible. There's a catch ... courts have made it clear in situations involving similar contracts, if the producers were reckless that clause would not be enforceable. And it would seem watching someone incapable of giving consent" to sexual activity and allowing it to happen ... is reckless.

And still another catch ... as we reported, people who have seen the video tell us "Corinne seems lucid" and engaged during the entire swimming pool episode.

As I said, Demario is 100% right in saying the tape needs to be released... either made public or let their lawyers and others involved see it. That is the smoking gun right now.
And if she appears to be engaged and aware and lucid then somebody lied when they said she wasn't and went limp and that Demario initiated the Oral sex on her. They need to be in trouble because it was really THEM that was claiming sexual assault.
