The LA times article is at least from a legit news source, and as I have posted before, I have repeatedly shown you that the numbers ARE NOT fudged, in fact Obama's policies in regards to immigration has made things HARDER for illegals to re-enter. Regardless of which links you finally end up believing, Obama's performance on illegal immigration is a FAR cry from your repeated claims of "porous borders".

    http://www.vox.com/2014/4/9/5575006/2-million-immigrants-have-been-deported-under-obama

    http://www.thenation.com/article/17...rted-more-immigrants-any-president-us-history

As far as your media trackers link supposedly "proving" Politifact is left-biased, this article may interest you...
"Blog network (Media Trackers) launched by a former RNC staffer aims to capitalize on—if not create—liberal scandals."
    http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/05/media-trackers-opposition-research-wisconsin-dark-money

So what you are saying is that you would rather trust the opinion of a completely, and openly biased right leaning site like media trackers, rather than a third party reviewed (the well respected Pulitzer org.) and vetted site like Politifact, that's just ridiculous Bliss.

Now, some of the links I posted are in fact from some more openly left leaning sites like Mother Jones, being able to review multiple points of view and peel the onion of political bias on both sides is crucial when forming opinions and political debate Bliss. The fact that you have repeatedly sided with right leaning sources and readily accept their "spin" is what many here find troubling, not that you have differing viewpoints.

IMO, the Hoover Institution really does try to strive to be unbiased in their findings, below is a link to some interesting stats.

If you look at that chart as people who viewed the inauguration as a percentage of the American population at the time, I think the numbers are accurate.
A smaller percentage of AMericans watched Trump on TV than any of the other POTUSes on that chart.

As if you give a shit about poor Americans lol nice shield. An "illegal" never foreclosed on their home or offshore their job while costing them billions in taxes while blaming them for being poor .
If the concern is the poor why is their biggest threat confronted only their smallest one who incidentally is also created by their biggest threat. Mexicans aren't the ones giving themselves low wage jobs over citizens.

It still has to pass the Senate, but still.....WTF???

We aren't even a year into Trump's first term in office and we're already seeing the hell this man is about to unleash on this country.
People are going to learn very soon what it's like to live in a country without an FDA, SEC and an EPA.

I just can't forgive those folks who kept saying HRC and Trump were the same so who cares if they vote for Donald???

Hillary may have been a little too corporate, but she was a moderate progressive along the lines of Obama.
She wasn't out to destroy the government from the inside.

Electing Trump is like unleashing a virus inside the federal government. You know what the man's agenda is by the number of people he's nominated for high level cabinet positions who want to DESTROY the agencies they're tasked to oversee.

People keep saying we can survive a Trump administration, but that only happens if the Dems get control of the House or Senate.
If the Dems don't have major wins in the midterms in 2018, we as a country are done.

How could people let their shortsighted, PERSONAL dislike for HRC let this enemy of the state get elected POTUS??

If you have a stock portfolio or a 401K, you need to stay tuned to the progress of this house bill.
Because if it passes the Senate, you can be damn sure there's going to be another stock market crash in 2-4 years.

As usual the devil is in the details, this bill will not wipe out regulatory oversight and give broad powers to Trump per the twitter claims, but it does seek to add a lot more red tape to the process, while shifting the final word on compliance from the federal agencies to the courts...

H.R. 5 modifies the federal rulemaking process by requiring all federal agencies to consider more than 70 new criteria when issuing rules or regulations. The bill includes a directive for agencies to hold hearings and issue advance notices of proposed rulemaking for costly regulations, in addition to allowing for judicial review of interim rules.

I truly believe she never for a minute thought he was going to win, I also believe he never asked her if this was something she wanted.

Trump is such an insensitive, uncaring, asshole. He ONLY thinks about himself.
It's going to be a strange ride the next 4 years.

First of all, we elected a POTUS with multiple extreme character defects making him unfit to lead the country.
Your president can have an ego, but he can't be a clinical narcissist.

Secondly, I just have this feeling something bad could happen with Melania. It's obvious he respects and has more affection for his daughter Ivanka more than Melania.
These vid clips and pics don't lie and we've never seen anything like them.

Best case scenario is she files for divorce before 2020.
For this woman to say more than once she wants to stay in NYC tells me she's at least contemplated leaving the Donald.

No doubt that in Trump's world it's all about him. Everything and everyone is is second. This is what he has shown himself to be for years and especially since jumping into the presidential race. I do feel for Melania, but she has to have known this animal. I'd bet that she's likely unhappy with the way he treats her, and all that's happening now. One thing for sure is that if she decided to leave him... He'd go to great lengths to make her life hell.

Ok look I don't like these two at all...but come on. She's staying in NYC because her son is in school and she wants him to finish out his school year.

I certainly don't feel sorry for her in any way. She knows what she's dealing with. There are costs and benefits to everything in life. She has decided it's worth whatever it takes to be with this man and all that comes with him (good and bad). No matter how much the public, advisors, insiders, etc may think they know....no one knows what goes on in a relationship or a family other than those involved. There is always MUCH more to the picture than what we are seeing.

Take a min and think of all those seemingly wonderful, amazing, almost perfect people/couples/families out there and then later we find out there was all sorts of things going on behind the pretty picture. And even when things come out - we still don't know the full picture. That's the case with anyone and everyone. It's very easy to decide all sorts of things about things we see and here, that doesn't make it true.

She certainly isn't the first or only woman who has gladly signed up for such a relationship/life, and she won't be the last.

Hello??? Her husband was just elected POTUS. You transfer your kids out of school and register them to attend school somewhere in the DMV.
It's part of the reason we have some of the best private schools in the country in the DMV, because of all the high level political players who live in the area.
That's the way it's always been for the kids of presidential families. Why is it any different for the Trumps??

Transferring to another school in Dec/Jan is a much easier transition than moving after the school year starts anyway.
Melania knows this and I'm sure Michelle Obama shared with her their own experiences with Sasha and Maliah.

I think the big secret is Baron(sp) is autistic and is receiving special schooling in NYC. However all the same special teaching and programs are available for the well-to-do in D.C.
No, I feel like Melania wants to stay in NYC to be nearer to her boytoys(!!) and AWAY from the Donald.lol

The palpable pain and abandonment on Melania's face and in her body movements is hard to ignore.
Don't be surprised if one of the biggest scandals in the Trump administration happens from inside his marital bedroom.

Besides, isn't it about that time that the Donald trades out the old wife for a new model??lol

This is what you don't understand. BIG DEAL! You have to get that they are not the typical first family. They are VERY different and it's no surprise that they are going to do things very differently. Moving into the white house could very much be viewed as a step down in some ways. Yes it's part of the deal, but you better bet that they have their reasons for doing what they are doing. Don't think that's on Melania either - I'm sure Trump made that decision before he even thought of going down this road.

She's not going to be going anywhere. They both know what the other does and doesn't do. They have a deal and it's worth it to her, for whatever reasons she may have. I would guess much of which has to do with her son and what she wants for him.

This. I can only imagine the emotional and verbal abuse she endures on a daily basis. She's grown, she's capable of making her own decisions, she has more resources at her disposal than nearly any other abused woman on the planet... but my heart still hurts for her. She's in the spotlight 24/7, everyone sees her husband for the complete asshole he is and I'm sure she feels judged for being by his side through all the ugliness and drama. I look at her and think she's likely incredibly ashamed of (and embarrassed by) her allegiance to that disgrace of a human being. I can't imagine how hard it would be to feel that stuck while literally having every available resource at your disposal. She's damned if she does and damned if she doesn't... and she knows it.
