I believe abortion should be an option for women and couples who may not want or be ready to have a child. Some people are reckless and have no business having or raising a child. But, their recklessness gets them pregnant. Some people are raped, and they shouldn't be forced to give birth to a rapist's child. Some people have good things going on in their life, but don't want to have a child and their birth control and or condoms malfunctioned (very unlikely when using both, but it happens). I am always reminded of those phrases that start with, "I am a living breathing...". And that is the thing. The baby isn't living/breathing at the moment of conception. It is forming. I suppose further on down the line (months) you can look at it differently, and although I may not agree with it, you are entitled to your opinion. I am just happy that abortion is an option for people.

Exactly ..., elementary science. If it's primary function is to reproducethen it's very very possible that life starts very early. Probably earlier than six weeks.

It doesn't matter if you are nonprofit, you are getting paid. The more you have coming through the better.

Hell let's go back from the beginning. Go back to page 1. You and I was agreeing on preventing. I stated there will be varying beliefs on defining life. When Beasty came in and started with the insults, you joined in on it. You and he started with Christians are "ABC" . I kept it with science. You guys started with gl is obtuse.

Until I flipped the very shit back at you now you want to scream foul. Its funny you use flipped. meaning you was being an ass. Especially, when I pulled out that atheist are against abortion and not atheist is all for it you guys lost your fucking marbles.

So don't make it like you were trying to be all cool and opened minded.

Oh here's so more shit to bust your bubble.

    Democrats against abortion.

I agree and disagree. I agree that abortion should be for rape and incest but ethically and morally just cause you wanted to go commando doesn't mean you should abort.theres a risk in everything so just cause your condom breaks doesn't fly in the ethical and moral arena. You do have other forms of birth control that's better but....ehhh

In the article it says a heartbeat can be heard as early a six weeks in the pregnancy. I remember when my ex was pregnant. We saw the sonogram and my ex wasn't showing but you can see a heartbeat. My kids look like a butter bean. No head or anything.w hen I saw that....my opinion was vastly different.

But I get what you are saying though.

I actually mentioned that there are other forms of birth control (on the woman's end, men only have condoms). I mentioned it when I said "very unlikely when using both, but it happens". I can agree with the idea that both people should use birth control and the responsibility shouldn't fall on just the man or just the woman. I just disagree on the other points as I feel that abortion is a viable option if all else fails or if reckless people continue doing reckless stuff.

    Oh ok. My bad. .

The big thing or at least the other big thing is the government and the issues with them.

So by that logic men have absolutely no obligation to stick around after they impregnate a woman. Since our focus is primary functions, as a man my primary function is to pass my genes on to as many women as I can find. My biological imperative is not child rearing.

I asked what is primary function of sex , not the primary function of man.

    Damn

But that's the point if sex is suppose to be primarily for sex then why leave it there?
Why does my primary function get left out of the conversation ?
Because it doesn't fit your narrative?

What? Restate it so I don't misunderstand.

To be clear , the primary function of sex is to create new life. The call it the reproductive organs because they are used to create new life. If sex didn't exist then man and other organisms/animal wouldn't exist.

Nope, nope, and more nope. The fact that our organs allow for reproduction has no barring on when life begins. When life begins is a BELIEF (there is no credible scientific evaluation of when life begins because "life" means different things to different people. When a heartbeat is present is science. One does not equal the other.

Your whole post here is so off target, I'm going to try and keep things simple for you...

    1. As I already stated, volume (the amount of patients coming through my doors) has NO impact on my salary or job stability. We offer a multitude of services beyond terminations (the data shows that those additional services actually far outweigh our termination numbers). Staff actually have incentives on a few different metrics, none of which surround abortion. Sorry to burst your bubble but I'd appreciate you not running your mouth when you're so incredibly misinformed.

    2. Check yourself on the "Christian" bullshit you're spewing. I never said c Christian. I said religious conservatives and I stand behind every statement I made re: that group as a whole. I'm entitled to my opinion and I never once attacked you for your religious beliefs so once again, you're out of your lane.

    3. Why you brought atheists into this, I don't know. I don't give a single fuck what atheists (or democrats) think about abortion. If they disagree with the idea of terminating, I support their right to continue their pregnancies. NO ONE has a right to force others to live by their beliefs. That's the bottom line. Atheists, democrats, liberals, religious conservatives...no ones belief should outrank another. You don't agree with abortion, don't have one. See how simple that is? There will never be a valid reason, in my eyes, to stop women's rights to reproductive freedom. You can show me a million liberals (or democrats, or atheists, or any other group you assume would fall in line with my thought process on this topic) who don't believe as I do and I still won't care. I'm not pro choice because of a political or religious affiliation. My beliefs are based on MY experiences and MY values and MY morals so the opinions of others has no effect.

Lol. So you feel insulted because I compared Christanity to Islam. Haha! That says more about you than it does me. You just proved that you are just another high horse riding bigot. Take your hurt feelings and shove them up your ass.

You brought up the fact I'm Christian. I didn't mention Christianity and it's supposed influence on me then it's fair for me to question you. . I just mentioned science period. So don't get mad about "flipping shit" . I brought up atheist cause you guys were mentioning Christians and inferring they were closed minded and what-not. You want me to show you to remind you. You guys were referring or inferring that only Christians were prolife

Now go back and find where I said anything about my religion. You mentioned it and you attacked religion. You also used Christianity and inferred that it influenced my position.

Show me where I used Christianity. Ill wait. I'm actually heading out to breakfast with my BFF so you have a few hours lol.

Secondly, unwad the panties from your ass GL, I never attacked religion. I attacked (seriously, can you even call it that?) religious conservatives who force their views on others. Never once did I attack religion. Your emotional responses are getting annoying lol.

And for the record, I only know about your faith because YOUVE spoken about it. Damn right I believe it influences your views and to incinuate that it doesn't is both disrespectful and disingenuous to that faith. But keep on deflecting and denying if you choose to.
