Most people who pretend to respect veterans only respect white veterans. Not to mention the only black veterans they respect are the ones who agree with white supremacist pieces of shit like this manager. It's repulsive to say the least, not surprising, but repulsive.

Yeah I saw that. It's terrible that after showing his dd-214 he was continued to be disrepected.

And the muthafucka was placed on "leave". Glad to know in 2016, we can be considered a liar and phony with DD214 in hand. Might as well throw mine away!

Even if the manager truly thought that the patron wasn't a vet.... he already had the food. Nothing good could come from taking the food. The manager showed poor judgement in the way he handled that situation.

Right! Dat privilege. In my opinion no one can begin to justify his action. Clearly, he was an asshole and his employer chose to protect him.

That manager should be fired. Fox News made that manager into a liberal.

    Oh really?

    I'm not shocked.

    What show was it?

Basically. We have to deal with that racist shit while we are in the military, only to deal with it again as veterans. I love how some people turn a blind eye to it and try to act like all veterans are treated the same. This shit is gross.

And we had people shitting on Ali when he died not not going to Vietnam because blacks were shitted on back then and today. The ones who turn a blind eye ate the ones who say bullshit like "I don't care what you look like. We're all equal soldiers". Those muthafuckas need to quit. As of graduating basic unfucks 18 plus years of bullshit.

Preaching to the choir, brother. These fools love to pretend that there isn't an extremely different experience between black veterans/soldiers and white veterans/soldiers. These white supremacist fake-patriots are the worst. I am, however, happy that some attention was brought to this. Unfortunately, countless more are going to go through this and worse.

Well, isn't this what you're fighting for? (No? Then why are you fighting?)

Every black man who signs up for the US military knows what's waiting for him when he comes back.

Ali was a hero for that. That episode was exactly the reason he had presidents and other high dignitaries seeing him off when he died.

No to your logic. Based on your logic, black folks shouldn't leave their homes or make decisions because they are just going to experience racist shit. I don't agree with your skewed logic. So, NO. But, you are entitled to your opinion. I am only replying to your idea that you knew/know what went on in my mind when I joined. I've seen your posts and have no interest in discussing this further with you.

Jeesh -- you sound more emotional than is normal for a grown man.

Here's my post again, so you can actually challenge the points (if you have it in you) rather than shouting "NO" and running off in tears:

Btw, is "kitten" even a black man? I've always been confused by the name and the avatar she (he?) had before. Thought it was a woman, then read a few posts that gave me the impression it was a dude... :smt102
