Raider, I'm often (seemingly each day) thanking WW and WM in my life who are much like yourself. ..and I thank you as well. I refuse to believe so many others don't see what you see in terms of injustices and so on. This is clearly way beyond political sides. It's a lot more about decency, and so on. Yes, I heard some with that suck it up thing too. How hypocritical of them seeing as nearly 8 years later they're still disrespectful to President Obama.

The person who sent me the PM on FB did keep it civil, and we were able to discuss our positions regarding this climate, life in general, and we were able to end with a virtual hug.

According to the Simpsons, this country was headed for rock bottom. Making a desperate decision, this country voted Trump as president. The country then financially goes belly up then Lisa becomes president (wearing a pant suit) hmmmm. It's all one big joke IMO

Haha..was reading the comments. It was made in 2015.

Politics was a joke, because they were all circle-jerkers. The status quo and quid pro quo two party politicians and the Clinton Syndicate were FINALLY turned on their asses.
Trump is indebted to no special interests.
Even the Saudis are flipping and wanting to kiss the new ring. They left Hillary in the dust and I'm sure are sending her a note to say that's the last one million dollar birthday gift we give your grifter husband.

I hope too, the Haitian Orphans ask Trump to investigate The Grifter Foundation as to why they only received 120 million of the billions donated to Hill n Bill on their behalf.

And also how they bought Chelsea a $10 million dollar starter home with their donated money.
85 cents on every dollar they kept.

The Saudis are our ALLIES. That's why I never understood the outrage that the Saudis and Qatar gave donations to the Clinton Foundation.

The Saudis are going to be cool with every elected U.S. president because we're they're bitches. Since forever because we LOVE oil and won't develop alternative energy sources.

I wish you'd read credible news sources when you make these outrageous claims about the Clintons.

None of the money that came into the Clinton Foundation went into the Clintons' personal bank accounts and that's a fact.

It's time to start looking ahead. The Democratic Party needs a complete overhaul and the ONLY way that happens is with the voters.

STOP blindly accepting corporatists as presidential nominees.

STOP blindly accepting corruption disguised as presidential nominees.

START accepting presidential nominees that DON'T spend their time "campaigning" at private fundraisers filled with other rich white people.

START accepting presidential nominees that don't build a war chest of donations from corporations and Wall Street.

START accepting politicians who tirelessly work FOR the working class people and the dwindling middle class.

START accepting politicians that don't have differing public and private positions.

MOBILIZE for the TRUE progressives in the democratic party and take the party back from corporations and Wall Street and make it the "party for the people" again.

    MAKE a difference.

With that, I'll leave you with this 16 minute video. Watch/listen to it until the end.

He is to his racist followers. They may not be considered special interest groups per se, but let him soften on certain campaign promises... I'd bet plenty that they'll get quite vocal

YOU are part of the problem. YOU and people who think like you are the reason the Democratic Party establishment isn't self-aware and seeing that they are currently in their death throes.

They have zero clue as to why they lost everything. Because they, in fact, are NOT a party for the people anymore. They're corporate shills. They just expected to win the rust belt states. They tried to bully people into voting for them.

    That's not how it works.

People in this country are hurting. Trump spoke to them on the campaign trail and spoke to them in his rally speeches. Hillary did not.

Try taking a step back and start looking within the democratic party for the reasons they lost so spectacularly on Tuesday.

They AREN'T the party of the people anymore. The ONE politician that could have brought them back to that was rejected by the establishment who actively worked against him.

    Bye, bye DNC. RIP.

It may not happen soon, but you're in your death throes.

People in this country are idiots. Out of the frying pan into the fire, because they "are hurting."

Blame arrogant Hillary for spending the majority of her time at private, high dollar fundraisers instead of speaking to the people in the rust belt states.

She has ONLY HERSELF to blame.

Look Bookie you are 100% right I'll repeat for assholes who say I can't recognize when someone from "other side" is right. I totally agree

You notice not a single person on here except for maybe Karma was excited about that woman even a little. But there are two things I can count on with Hilary was her ability to work well with others because she's a career politician and the ability to not drive the fucking country off the cliff. That is why I can't forgive the stupidity of the right. Yes it was a huge mistake not to address the concerns of the people in the south and midwest but the electorate isn't innocent. The low information jack asses who refuse to look up facts handed the keys to a person who has zero experience running anything but failed businesses that swindle people. If it were Larry Page fine, Bill Gates fine, shit I'd take Mitt Romney over him but this is a guy who doesn't know anything about what he's doing. He ran for president as a goof this was a show just like when he went on WWE, this is a game to him. At least with Hilary you know she would try just for the sake of getting re-elected. Donald fulfilled his ego's biggest desire he's leader of the world he could give a fuck less if the whole thing burns down because he'll be fine and he'll check most powerful man on earth off his check list. This means nothing to him and when people see that he can't deliver on anything and that his plans to keep Mexicans out won't do a damn thing once these companies do large scale automation what then? At the very least no matter how much you despise Hilary and the Democrats they believe in a social safety net. So what the fuck happens when there are no jobs because a computer is cheaper and faster than you and zero money for social programs because cutting taxes on the rich is more important than anything else. Seriously what's the plan now?

Meh. I just read that the average Trump supporter earns $70,000 a year.
The bulk of his supporters IMO aren't 'hurting', they could just do a little bit better.
They want MOAR, which is the American way.
Still, that's not the reason they voted for him over economic concerns.

Trump's base gathered to him out of race loyalty, not out of economic or immigration concerns.

Trump was the angry White guy and that was enough.

Be aware that former JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon is this close to being Trump's Secretary of the Treasury.lol
Pure Wall Street. Insider. One percenter. NOT looking out for the economic interests of the common man.

I'm still waiting for Trump supporters to admit they just got hustled by a world class con man.

Tell the littles all the bullshit they want to hear, and I'll be damned they'll elect you President of the UNited fuccing States!!!!lol:smt110

Thank you for giving me props. I appreciate that very much.

But, what I've been saying for months still stands about the democratic party.

Where was the outrage when the DNC Leaks proved what Bernie supporters had been saying all along?

The democratic voters just took whatever shit was shoveled to them by the Powers That Be without questioning anything. Without demanding answers.

I will never understand the complacency of the democratic voters that was on full display this year.

Which is why I became #DemExit.

You all just took the pill that was given to you because that's the "party way". This election could have turned out so much better if the democratic voters demanded answers for how their democratic process was taken away from them during the primaries.

Long live Julian Assange for being one of the ONLY journalists to actually release truthful information about the democratic party.

Why the American people had to rely on an Australian to give us the truth is something that will forever boggle my mind.

Not to digress but the highlighted part is when the REAL revolution will begin.

People need jobs. I don't care if they're redundant or a machine can do the same thing, if people don't have a way of earning a living, in very short order they will be willing to die to protect their way of life.

Many of us unfortunately work in jobs and professions that if not now, in 10 years can be done more cheaply by a machine.
There's a limit to technological efficiency. When you lose sight of the human factor, you've missed the point of inventing new and better tech.

As for the Donald, his top aides have already started dropping hints that Trump's mantra about building a wall was just rhetorical election bullshit.

Trump won't bring manufacturing jobs back.
He won't build a multi-billion dollar wall on our southern border to keep out Mexicans.

And he won't deport over 12 million illegal immigrants.

Trump supporters a year from now......!!lol

    Quit the bullshit.

I'm still waiting for you to lay it out, line by line, how the DNC stole the Democratic primary from Bernie Sanders.:smt028
