Trump is not a Republican either, he's a former Dem, became a moderate/Independent, who ran on the Repub ticket.

Bernie could have absolutely beat her, but the DNC fix was in. She just couldn't pull it off on the National level with Donald.

It's a wrap it's all over. I'll bet my first born we'll be in a war next year and have at least two market crashes.

The e-mails that WikiLeaks released proved that the DNC made up their minds of who was going to be their nominee months before the primaries started.

The DNC is a powerful political machine when they decide who their nominee is going to be they use every trick in the book. If they had stayed neutral (like they were supposed to) who knows how the primaries could have gone.

Curious: Would you rather be "right" on your dramatic predictions to say "l told you so", or hope it doesn't happen and give the D credit if it doesn't.

Come on. All the wikileaks proved was the DNC wasn't actively rooting for Bernie Sanders. They weren't cheating him of his opportunity to win the nomination. They didn't cut off any funding or support he was due from them.

With Bernie it came down to votes and too many primary voters trusted HRC more than the unknown of HRC.
People need to get off this kick that the DNC screwed Bernie, since he did almost win the Democratic nomination.

When I saw that Bernie couldn't beat HRC in NY and Cali, I knew the problem wasn't the DNC or his being cheated.
Bernie just couldn't beat HRC when it counted.

    Stop it, AB.
    Your naivity is apparent.

Bernie Sanders' campaign on Friday sued the Democratic National Committee in federal court after the party organization withheld the campaign's access to a crucial voter database.

The internal warfare exploded after the DNC cut off Sanders from the database and said the Vermont senator's presidential campaign exploited a software error to improperly access confidential voter information collected by Hillary Clinton's team.

The revelation poses a setback for Sanders, who is mounting a liberal challenge to the former secretary of state. The DNC database is a goldmine of information about voters and being blocked from it could complicate Sanders' outreach efforts. The timing is also challenging, just weeks before Clinton and Sanders are slated to compete in the Iowa caucuses.

The point is, it is what it is. Sometimes things simply are beyond our control and we do the best with what we have and can.

If you believe what you say, then do what you can to prepare and deal act or react accordingly.

It seems to me that people are very quick to be jumping to all sorts of conclusions and screaming all sorts of things. I'd rather take a wait and see before reacting to something that has not happened.

Yah, I know I'm a polly anna and always try to look for the good.

I get people need to rant, vent, cry, whatever....but that's not going to change anything. It's time to regroup and figure out the best ways to deal with things. Let's hope that maybe this is the shakeup that's really needed and people will start acting in effective ways.

(F'ing Californians just love to get out and block freeways in protest....)

    Here's more, AB..

Leaked emails show the Democratic National Committee scrambled this spring to conceal the details of a joint fundraising arrangement with Hillary Clinton that funneled money through state Democratic parties.

But during the three-month period when the DNC was working to spin the situation, state parties kept less than one half of one percent of the $82 million raised through the arrangement — validating concerns raised by campaign finance watchdogs, state party allies and Bernie Sanders supporters.

Bliss, what do you think happens when a Trump administration tells Iraq they won't honor the nuclear deal they signed with us??
What happens when Trump tears up that deal and we can't renegotiate a better one??
Iran's nuke program goes full steam ahead without any international oversight, and then the neo-cons tell Trump the only way to stop Iran is to drop bombs on their nuclear facilities, maybe even invade them.

We're in seriously unknown territory with Trump.
Calling him inexperienced is an understatement.

Nothing from his business background has IMO prepared him for the undertaking of being POTUS, and he's not a great character guy to start with.

Trump has great political instincts, but that isn't enough to govern.
This blind faith that Trump is going to produce miracles, knowing the man's history, is crazy to me.

If emails can show this much evidence of collusion, who knows how much manipulating the DNC did without a paper trail.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Donna Brazile (former and interim heads of the DNC) have both been exposed actively trying to cheat the system for Hillary.

Trumps sloppy seconds are a turn off to me, it's why I don't find his daughter that attractive either. ;)

In my opinion, THe democrats need to regroup in the following way.
    1. get rid of the clitonites. This is the second time that they have pitched and it did not work. Brazile has got to go schulz needs to stay away.
    2. Double down on the good ideas and start educationing people. They are not going to win by hoping that people will vote for them. I literally heard a woman that was republican saying that Obama saved her house who still will not vote for him. She thought he was a Muslim. She even pointed out that the source was wrong. There is a big problem with that education issue.

Did Bernie Sanders have a right to voter data collected by HRC for use during a PRIMARY??? I don't think so.
It's just nonsense to say Sanders didn't win the Democratic nomination because the DNC was unfair to him.
That's not why he couldn't win primary states like NY, Cali and I believe Oregon.

That said, she probably should have chosen him to be her running mate.

THe really sad part about Trump's election is IMO he's empowered and triggered thousands of racists, White supremacists and militia members across the country.

There are some parts of the South right now I'd personally be a little anxious about going to visit as half of an IR couple.

They have them already, AB. With China, N Korea and Russia's help, of course. And now the U.S.
Two retired generals have said so publicly, in fact.
We are more than foreign policy. Brexit proved it for the English.
Hillary owes too many people to represent the people.
Just exhausted by that Political Syndicate.
