You guys do know that you can start a thread on any topic that you want to, right? If the two of you want your own thread where you can obsess over emailgate, benghazigate, Hillary-has-already-rigged-the-entire-election-before-it-happensgate, or any of the other many Clinton "scandals" then knock yourselves out.

No one here is stopping either one of you from doing that.

Obsessing? Is the reality of Hillary's corruption all too much for you? Not like the Dems weren't obsessing over Donald's "Access Hollywood-gate" - I'm sure you took the fingers out then.
Clearly, all this "obsess(ing) over emailgate, benghazigate, Hillary-has-already-rigged-the-entire-election-before-it-happensgate" is nothing but hot air to you. Relax America - she will be a damn grand fine POTUS.

Again, you come with the lock-and-step that rigging the election is what ONLY Conservatives complain about..

    "Rigging, you asked?"

Of course. But, why bother? There will literally be 2-3 of us in there talking about it and the rest will just be there causing problems.

But, my point was that it is a HUGE issue and the FBI investigation that was reopened (or whatever semantics you want to use to describe Comey's announcement) a week ago is a HUGE issue and all of you are ignoring it like it isn't happening.

In my defense, that was the shortest name I could think of at the moment. Hillary-Clinton-single-handedly-made-fifteen-other-Republicans-drop-out-of-the-race-and-then-made-millions-of-GOP-primary-voters-vote-for-Trump-and-then-made-dozens-of-Republicans-endorse-him-even-though-they-would-have-probably-rather-have-had-Jeb-Bush-or-Marco-Rubio-or-even-maybe-Carly-Fiorina-because-she-is-a-woman-and-you-can-never-have-too-many-of-those-these-days-since-Republicans-are-struggling-with-college-educated-white-women-and-they-may-want-to-work-on-that-before-the-2020-electiongate doesn't roll off the tongue quite as easily.

Hell, it took me forever just to type it all out! How would you even abbreviate that? Would you just take the first letter of each word and make it a longer word? Would you use periods and make it an acronym? So many questions...

So...you gonna go start that thread for the two of you or not? Lol.

That's pretty much every thread on these forums, though. That's never stopped anyone else from making a thread.

And no one's ignoring it. We just place a lower value on the implications of it than you do because the email story is not the only consideration that people look at when choosing a President. And seeing as how her opponent is so woefully unfit for office that even some members of the Bush family (yes, that Bush family) is rumored to be voting for Clinton over Trump? It puts things into perspective as to just how terrible a President Trump would be.

Lmao opposed to the GOP that starts wars no speculation, cuts food and housing programs with impunity. Conservatives are literally the devil. Name 5 things they've done for the people over the last 30 years

Bliss I you are really stretching with this video, the President was describing the tendency that the party in power works to influence opinion in their favor (in other words, just like every political party ever has done) and common techniques to "prevent" voter fraud, which is so low it cannot be taken as a serious problem http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/OTUS/voter-fraud-real-rare/story?id=17213376.

Well Books, if anything had come out of the first investigation I would be more interested, but the FBI decided there was nothing to pursue. Now I know there are a million conspiracy theories that the FBI was bought off, or influenced, or somehow bribed to "let Hillary off", but in this day and age I dont believe such actions could be covered up, there would always be some undeniable proof that someone would gain financially by disclosing. So its not because I like, support, or believe Hillary, its because such a cover up is just not possible anymore.

Hell our government could not even cover up a break-in to the Watergate hotel back in the 70s when there was A LOT less technology.

IMO Hillary was incredibly stupid, lazy, and careless with this whole email debacle, but not criminal, now if this new investigation yields some hard proof that she had ill intent, I would indeed change my opinion on the matter, based on facts, not easily debunked, partisan, conspiracy theories no matter if they are coming from libs or cons.

So it looks like there's no smoking gun. But her decision to use a personal email account stored on her own private server raises questions, at best, especially when you're (likely) running for president. Anything else?

There's also a tinge of hypocrisy in the air.
During Clinton's personal-email-using, private-server-having tenure, U.S. Ambassador to Kenya Scott Gration was criticized and ultimately pushed out of his post in part for using a personal email address "for official government business, including Sensitive But Unclassified information."

Good point. Sort of like all of those fact-finding Benghazi hearings to "find the truth". I get having investigations, but that turned into a witchhunt

I agree on both counts. After a certain point Republicans are just going to have to either come forward with some actual, tangible evidence or admit that there's no "there" with this stuff. For Hillary Clinton to get away with half the stuff that her critics accuse her of would the single most brilliant criminal mind that possibly ever existed.

But that's the problem with conspiracy theories in general. The absence of actual evidence is just proof of just how big the conspiracy is. It's the exact opposite of the way rational, logical, reality-based thinking is supposed to work.

You mean like when after she received the subpoena from the FBI to turn over her emails, she promply and illegally deleted 33,000 of them? Poo-pooing that they were just about yoga and weddings and none of the FBI's concern?

Well of course, that BS certainly passes muster and gets the huge thumbs up approval from rational, logical, reality based Democrat thinkers, doesn't it.

Actually, I was referring more to the ridiculous other right-wing fantasies of "Clinton Crime family" and the "Clinton Body Count" type nonsense.

But since you mentioned the emails, it appears from what you post that you ironclad proof that Hillary had the requisite criminal intent to do what she did. That being the case, why waste your time here with us? Feel free to contact your Congressman and/or Senator, tell them your findings, and have them look into the matter further. With an election coming up I'm sure they'd be more than happy to take your call.

I know you are not a fan of Politifact, however I found this analysis of the 30,000 email issue to be very fair and balanced, some highlights..

"There has never been anything like this," Trump said at the Oct. 9 event in St. Louis. "You get a subpoena, and after getting the subpoena you delete 33,000 emails."

Clinton and her campaign don’t dispute that she deleted these 33,000 emails. They argue that these were personal in nature, rather than work-related, and therefore were not necessary to turn over.

However, they have denied that they deleted the emails after receiving a congressional subpoena from the House Select Committee on Benghazi on March 4, 2015. But an August 2016 FBI report on its investigation shows that Trump’s claim has some merit.

However, FBI Director James Comey said in a July 2016 statement that the FBI investigation "found no evidence that any of the additional work-related emails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them."

Comey added in a later congressional hearing that the FBI learned no one on Clinton’s staff specifically asked the employee to delete the emails following the New York Times story and subpoena. Rather, the employee made that decision on his own.

But your melt-down posts over Trump fits perfectly here, don't they.

No need to contact my Senators or Congressmen. They saw for themselves on Wikileaks. They probably even went to the FBI Director.

Hello, turns out that the Second in command at the FBI who was in charge of investigating Hillary's email....well you see, his wife was running for Senate office and got a big fat HALF A MILLION DOLLAR donation from Hillary and her cronies and which she was headline Speaker at. Bummer for justice..

Oh, and then there was that Tarmac thingy with Mizz JD talking grand-babies n shit with Billy boy.
Yep...my Senators certainly will get justice if l go to them.
