I'll ask you like I asked Bookworm. If Trump bad and Clinton bad. Who do you think has a shot to win and should people vote for?

Lets all take a deep breath here, no matter if Clinton or Trump wins, America will not turn into some dystopian mad max nightmare. People here on both sides will have their own reasons for voting for Clinton, Trump or alternate party, we can all disagree passionately, while still recognizing that in a democracy people have the right to vote their own conscience.

I for one have enjoyed seeing the differing viewpoints and outlooks, I hate to quote the same movie that Ted Cruz quoted, but I always thought this speech was very appropriate and how politics should be...America isn't easy....

I have no problem admitting that this happens, but it happens with Trump supporters as well. My position is... I was a Sanders supporter, but now that he's out... HRC is the obvious choice for me. Clearly she has her stuff, but putting Trump's crazy behavior aside... As a black man I don't see where I'd fit into Trump's vision for America. Also, I think I've done relatively well for myself, and contrary to Trump's belief... I have plenty to lose in "voting for Trump"

I'm totally doubtful that he'd make things so wonderful for all Americans. Again, HRC is far from perfect, but to me... She's leaps and bounds over anything Trump could ever hope to be for the good of America. While I'll always vote... I refuse to vote 3rd party in an election such as this since they'll get very, very small portion of the voter pool this time.

    On Voter Fraud

Hillary Clinton’s inner circle believes that Obama’s team committed the very sort of rigging of an election that Trump is warning about.

In an email, John Podesta explained to another member of Clinton’s staff how two friends of the Clintons thought Obama stole Colorado in 2008. The email was dated May 14, 2015, a full seven years after the 2008 Colorado primary. Here’s what Podesta relayed that Jim Lyons and Mike Driver said to him (emphasis added).

"High importance. I met with Jim and Mike in Denver. They are both old friends of the Clintons and have lots of experience. Mike hosted our Boulder Road Show event. They are reliving the 08 caucuses where they believe the Obama forces flooded the caucuses with ineligible voters. They want to organize lawyers for caucus protection, election protection and to raise hard $. They are not just Colorado focused and have good contacts in the region

Mike is likely to talk to WJC about this in the near future. Marlon and Brynne, can you respond to the org chart request and give them some points of contact. Marc can you reach out to them on the lawyer election protection issues. Thanks."

“Jim and Mike” are attorneys in Denver.

    Shot to win? Donald.
Who will rigg it to win? Hillary.
As she and the DNC said about Bush.. (she) will be selected, not elected.
I think an outsider needs to come into Washington and drain the swamp of the Mob Boss Clintons.
    And her scared cronies.

You shouldn't be voting for the person you think has a shot at winning.

If this election teaches us nothing else, it should be that we need, as a nation, to start voting our consciences, and voting for ISSUES. Not people. NOT political parties.

If you align most with Trump. Vote for Trump. If you align most with Clinton, vote for Clinton. If you align most with Johnson, vote for Johnson. If you align most with Stein, vote for Stein.

We so desperately NEED, as a nation, to start voting on the ISSUES.

Voting the lesser of two evils has gotten us Trump and Clinton. We need to break the cycle. And it's never been more apparent how badly we need to break that cycle than it has this election cycle.

Tell that to TDK. He's under the assumption that America will explode if Trump gets elected.

A retired military candidate would have been a perfect "outsider" They have political experience but they are not part of the establishment. Beats the hell out of a reality tv star.

What happened to retired five star general Wesley Clark??

I was fortunate enough to meet General Clark years ago when he first entertained running, help contribute to his grass roots efforts when a mentor of mine held a fund raiser at his home. I found Clark to be very informative, intelligent, and a very good communicator, his campaign never really gained much momentum in the primaries and died on the vine.

I'm far from the only one who feels that way. Did we learn nothing from Bush? He was at least qualified but stupid and egotistical have no place running the country or being in charge of our troops. He has made it very clear he wants to go to war. And voting your conscious is such a cop out. It's ridiculously lazy, if you guys really cared you'd be putting all your effort into local elections but everyone wants the moral superiority to say well at least I didn't vote for insert name here.
You're right vote the issues but in every damn election.

You don't get your issues solved if you don't win. There is a reality. I'm not going to get free tuition next year, Sanders didn't win. The election should have taught you that. You SHOULD be making your vote on who is most likely out of what you have to get you what you want. I don't feel you answered my question but that is fine.

SO you are voting for trump?

You don't get to be president without making deals(how do you think Trump got Hillary at the wedding? What deals did he make?)

Naive to think you can be in politics without compromise.

Lol at you implying Donald paid Hillary to be at his wedding. As if.
    Their daughters were best friends.

Deals... Sorry, but you don't sell America. We don't work for the POTUS, they work for us.
She's a multi-multi-millionaire. How'd that happen? She is not special. She knew all she had to offer was America's State Department..and got filthy rich off of it, bartering favors in exchange for millions.

That pimp also demanded that Bill received gigs at ridiculously high sums. Who the hell would pay any speaker almost one million for forty minutes? Or $18 million like from Laureate University over two years to be the "honorary Chancellor" where he didn't even have to appear. Imagine the greasy palms involved in that deal.
Imagine then, the ridiculous pay-to-play amounts Hillary would demand as the POTUS. You can be a party to her brothel White House, but not me.

A reporter for the Los Angeles Times openly mused on Twitter about the death of Republican Donald Trump before deleting the message once it was highlighted by another reporter.

The Twitter message, by L.A. Times reporter Steven Borowiec, who covers North and South Korea, was an apparent reply to a message posted by Time magazine. Time magazine's tweet said, "See Donald Trump's life in photos" and was accompanied by a link to a photo gallery of Trump through the years.

"I would rather see Donald Trump's life end," replied Borowiec.

Nick Iannelli saw Borowiec's tweet and posted a photo of it.
Borowiec has since deleted his tweet about Trump's life ending. He also blocked Iannelli from seeing anymore of his tweets, according to Iannelli.

In a statement to the Washington Examiner, the L.A. Times said,

"Earlier today, Steven Borowiec, a freelance journalist in South Korea, posted a tweet about Donald Trump on his personal Twitter profile that violated our professional standards.

The Los Angeles Times is committed to fair, evenhanded coverage of the presidential campaign, and expects all journalists representing the paper, including non-staff contributors such as Mr. Borowiec, to adhere to this standard in their articles and social media posts.

We regard Mr. Borowiec's comment as inexcusable, and we have ended our relationship with him."
