When a news story is posted there's something evil going on. Well let's post some good news. In the following article two homeless men found a bomb in NJ and are considered heroes. When the news got out the community hooked them up. Check out the story. www.msn.com/en-us/video/peopleandpl...b-now-has-housing-and-job-prospect/vi-BBwEIfT
I love this idea. One of the main reasons I mostly avoid the news is because it's always so depressing. Of course, I don't have a happy story yet, but I'll post one when I do.
My kids recently had a school project where they were to find positive news stories. They sifted through tons of negative stories to find a few positive ones. They came across some sites that post positive stories. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/section/good-news http://abcnews.go.com/US/Good_News

I want my news to always be REAL, but I also know most news organizations deliberately report negative news stories because statistically negative news is more compelling to readers and attracts more eyeballs. Maybe because I'm getting older, but I think I could read everyday a newspaper with mostly legitimate positive good news stories. I wouldn't even be cynical about it. Reading about crap all the time has an adverse affect IMO on one's mental health and overall psyche. No thank you.
I feel you. I went ahead and put it cause we need to read good things. As a matter of fact , let's expand it to not just a goid news article let's do a random good news about ourselves also.

David Opegbemi and all his groomsmen were in his apartment complex’s parking lot practicing their wedding dance to surprise his bride. "How’s it going, guys?" Sgt. Todd Burnside can be heard saying in footage from the body cam he was wearing that has now gone viral. "Y’all having like a party or something?" "We’re having a dance practice," Opegbemi replied. "Are you a group?" the officer asked. "Yeah, we’re all a group," said the groom. "It’s my wedding." The men then showed off their moves to "My Girl" by the Temptations and the result is heartwarming. "When the officer first approached us, we were a little nervous, but we knew we were doing nothing wrong," Opegbemi told ABC News about the incident. "After a short explanation of the situation, things became great between us and the respect displayed on both sides was an awesome feeling. The officer was super cool and kind." The Carrollton Police Department shared the encounter on their Facebook page where they’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response about the respectful attitudes from both parties involved.

It'd be better if you guys would flood the forum with good news instead of sticking them all in one thread.
