The Resident Evil movies are akin to a skunk shitting on a fish left out in the hot sun. The first one was less than okay at best, but every other installment is just major shit. Not scary, the actions sequences were rather dull, and the fan service is pretty petty.

As for the new the Underworld movie? The first one was enough. The franchise don't need to be revived. The vampire and werewolf phase ended with the last Twilight movie.

 

Superman is whack, now take that. lol

 

I thought this entire franchise stunk to high heaven. I would take Underworld anything over Twilight at its best any day.

 

The entire Twilight franchise was laughable.

Sure, let's duke it out here.

It's a poorly written book and movie series, I'll give you that. But the Underworld movies don't fare that much better. The first one had a really good premise, but the subsequent installments just lacked anything to help move the series along.

 

I liked the first two and the origin story, but the last one could have been left on the cutting room floor.

I honestly thought she came across as straight up mean. As in, not a nice person. But I see your point and definitely agree about the importance of character and personality over looks.
