Those people absolutely make me scratch my head. It makes about as much as sense as saying that I see a rodeo clown as an alternative to a career heart specialist.

Obama’s half-brother says he’ll be voting for Donald Trump

President Obama's brother, Malik Obama, says he plans to vote for Donald Trump in November.

President Obama’s Kenyan half-brother wants to make America great again — so he’s voting for Donald Trump.

“I like Donald Trump because he speaks from the heart,” Malik Obama told The Post from his home in the rural village of Kogelo. “Make America Great Again is a great slogan. I would like to meet him.”

Obama, 58, a longtime Democrat, said his “deep disappointment” in his brother Barack’s administration has led him to recently switch allegiance to “the party of Lincoln.”

A throwback pic of Donald Trump and his daughter, Ivanka, has surfaced, and frankly some think it’s quite disturbing. The unsettling photo features a 15-year-old Ivanka sitting on her father’s lap in a way that is — ahem — not very daughter-like.

The unnerving picture was pulled from a Vanity Fair shoot at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida and features 15-year-old Ivanka sitting on her father’s lap while tenderly caressing his face and gazing at him in a, um, certain way. And as if that’s not awkward enough, the pair are sitting on top of two stone parrots who appear to be having sex. Yikes!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the picture. That is daddy's girl - his only daughter.
That bird sculpture looks like an adult bird sitting on a perch observing, with a smaller bird.

This is more of the attempts of the perverse on the Left to sully what is actually a beautiful relationship between a father and daughter.

He has guided her, taken care of her, ensured she was educated, ensured she acquired manners, and took her under his wing in business.
Sooo many absent fathers abound who have never taken the time to hold their child... so it doesn't surprise me the anti-family segments of the Left would attempt to defile a loving father-daughter relationship.

The controversy is it is being tied to the statement Trump made at a rally last year about his daughter.

He has made a statement that he would date his daughter.

He has repeated that statement a number of times. There are some things you don't joke about when talking about your children.

If Trump was a regular joe and made statements like that on live TV, CPS will be knocking on his door.

There are no statue of limitations on Child Abuse.

Why would CPS be knocking on his door? She's a grown (beautiful) woman, and he was clearly playing up the attempts of the Left to paint him as desiring her - they even desperately made a COMMERCIAL focused JUST on that.

Fact is, as weird as it might sound, she is exactly the TYPE of (attractive) woman he admires, and people wanting to read child abuse into his comment choose to ignore the "IF SHE WASN'T MY DAUGHTER" part.

He has done nothing but positive things towards her..if he "abused her" as you imply, she is an independent woman to speak it, but he didn't and she seems fine with his comment.
His wordings are often screwed up or misinterpreted, but there isn't a dad on earth that wouldn't look at her as his own grown daughter and admire her intelligence, her beauty and allure, and the absolute confidence she presents forth.

I agree. There's nothing wrong with the two of them in that pic. But those parrots do look a little suspect lol.

I'm no Trump fan. But his kids turned out to be apparently high functioning.

    Yeah.

It's creepy as hell for Donald to be in a conversation about his daughter being on the cover of Playboy, follow that up with "she has a very nice figure," then say, " if she wasn't my daughter I'd probably be dating her."

NO ONE says shit like that, even to be sarcastic.

The hosts of the View really saved Donald's ass from looking like a total perv by making a joke about what he said.

Anyway Donald didn't 'raise' his kids. Their mothers did.
He provided financial support and was in their lives, but the fact they seem so well adjusted is a credit to the women Trump divorced.

    LOL. Nice spin.

Trump isn't the only public figure who believes he has a beautiful, intelligent, talented child.

But Trump is the ONLY public figure I know who has said on more than one occasion, if his daughter wasn't his daughter he'd probably date her,

It's the kind of thing if a guy said it in the lockerroom at the gym, everyone would move to a different locker bay.

    It's just super c-r-e-e-p-y.

Imagine if Barack Obama said if Maliah wasn't my daughter (and a little bit older) I'd probably date her??

Can you envision the controversy if Dubya said the same thing about any one of his daughters???

Trump may have some alleged business acumen, but he's never been mistaken for a world class human being.

When you say your daughter is your 'type', that's just all kinds of wrong.:smt052

What grown man poses in pic like this with his 15-16 year old daughter??:smt107

    From a 2015 Rollng Stone interview with Donald;

"Yeah, she's really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren't happily married and, ya know, her father?..."

No, I'm not a fan of incest.
And the fact of the matter is NO politician on either side has ever spoken about their daughter like Trump has.

If a Democrat said the same things he wouldn't be the presidential nominee and would have lost in the primaries.

You really think my saying Trump's attraction for his daughter is bizarre is partisan driven??

People have been criticizing Trump for the way he talks about Ivanka way before he ever decided to run for POTUS.

The pic above was taken in the mid 1990s and even then Trump caught flak for it because the pose between him and Ivanka looked a little too intimate and reminded people of 'Lolita'.

Exactly. Just goes to show the saying.

    "You become what you hate."

And yep that saying goes both ways.

Bliss, those are still shots taken of Obama out in public with his daughters.
Most are freeze framed and in context not in the least suggestive of something inappropriate.

He's not POSING with any of his girls lovingly holding his face, or with any of them sitting in his lap for a photographic portrait.

You will never see or find a photo of any politician, or most fathers for that matter, posed in a photographic portrait the way Trump is with Ivanka.

Add in Trump's repeated comments about how he finds Ivanka attractive and would 'date' her if he could and there's simply no comparison.

There are hundreds if not thousands of conservative leaning businessmen in this country who would be better candidates for POTUS for the GOP than Trump.

Don't elevate the guy just because he's running under a banner you support.

By any metric Donald Trump is a poor presidential candidate.

It's like the GOP has NO standards anymore when it comes to presidential candidates and anyone who talks angry enough will do.

Instead of scraping the bottom of the barrel for anyone who speaks on the same level as the uneducated right wing masses, why not find a candidate who can elevate the GOP to be something greater??

Building a wall, keeping all Muslim immigrants out and negotiating better trade deals isn't going to shift the profound economic inequality in this country, or rebuild the middle class.

About the only thing I agree with in this post is that trump is a shitty candidate. The rest is your dislike for the guy on a personal level which is no different than right wingers who hate Obama personally and not for his policies. How are you any different?

Elevate the gop to something greater? You mean like to something you agree with? Lol that's the reason for different parties.

SMH. Elevate, as in lead this country on a path that addresses many of the economic and endemic problems that plague this country.

You're so partisan you don't even understand the purpose of leadership in politics and what it means to have a vision and direction for the country.

The GOP is a broken party and has been in decline for years.

It's a party that has mainly represented the interests of the 1% and business elite and has never done one damn thing for its base voters.

Now the GOP is trying to pivot and become a populist party.

The GOP doesn't know who they are politically and they really have no direction for the country.

The GOP base is angry but they don't realize its the leaders of their own party who have destroyed unions, shipped all their manufacturing jobs abroad and kept worker wages flat since the late 1970s.

As for Trump, he's the physical manifestation of all the right wing hate speech that's been poisoning cable news and talk radio.

Trump very likely will lose big in November.

All I'm wondering is why can't the GOP raise their own bar for presidential candidates??

And I couldn't care less about Trump on a personal level.
Any grown man who says repeatedly how much he would date his daughter if he could just sounds like a disturbed individual to me.
