Good point. I also didn't feel like this was her problem. It's a shared issue that should be dealt with tactfully and being mindful of her feelings . The way I saw was that she's a talkative person, it's part of who she is and not a character flaw. I totally understand his point about needing quiet time when he's working and the interruptions breaking his concentration.
