It's the white male teachers who get little to no jail time. Women who have sexual relations with their students get the jail time and the notoriety.
What jail time? They aren't just not getting much in the way of time, it's looked at as some sort of twisted positive. Female molesters get way less punishment than males. And males aren't getting enough punishment either!
I'm not sure what planet you're from but here on Earth, it's the exact opposite. I mean, you've got it so backwards in reference to adult female with minor males that you're calling it a sexual relations. That shit is rape, plain and simple.
Thanks so much for saying this! I have a really tough time with how many people have this thing twisted.
It is what it is in all its forms in that situation. You've seen media coverage of female teachers who were reported to the authorities, arrested, prosecuted and sentenced to jail or prison. Do you see many white men go through this? That's what I was referring to. I know rape is terrible. No one should have to go through that experience.
I just watched "The Hunting Ground" last month and it's basically the same situation. It's hard to fault dudes for partying or women for drinking too much. I just say that if you have daughters you stay on their asses about over indulging in alcohol. You make sure that they have a designated sober chick in her hang out group and they agree that person has override power (to shut down the bullshit and make them go home). I've been out a billion times and have gone home with drunk women who picked me up because I was pissy drunk too. Sometimes we would meet on the dance floor and other times I might be posted up on a wall. I would wake up next to some chick I didn't know. Sometimes we would have sex a few more times and others, I'd skip a shower just to get out of there. I can only imagine her saying later that she had been raped - smh. I am glad that I am too old to be kickin' it at college parties or on campus. Being under the influence of alcohol is not like being slipped a mickey/ruffy. It's just plain irresponsible behavior. If you give the woman a waiver for being drunk why can't you give the man a waiver for being drunk too? Why is he held responsible when he wasn't the one who fed her all the drinks or when he's under the influence too? Letting this bullshit start is a ticking time bomb. I just read an article about a woman who says "she was raped by another woman." Drunk woman getting tore down from the floor up at an office party. Admits she was forgetting parts of the night and that some woman got her hotel room key from her roommate and was ready to have sex with her. She states she told the woman No and the woman stopped. When she asked the woman to leave she did. I was like, "when did the rape happen?" and if you were so drunk how do you know you didn't give her the key or invite her to your room? Either way, women need to be held responsible for over indulging. Not sympathized with or rewarded because they didn't know when to say when (in regards to drinking):smt030
au contraire, both white and black men do some serious time for sleeping with their students. The justice system has been nailing women lately too (because it's getting out of order). The difference is those male teachers will probably get ass fucked by male inmates and the female teacher is going to get out and have he hot toy waiting for her. I don't think I've ever heard of a female student waiting to turn 18 so she could marry her teacher.
There was one in CA in the last couple of years. The teacher was married with kids and he left his family and ended up married to the student.
There have been a couple of women. The one from a decade or so back, that the kid knocked up, he married her and now they have like 2 or 3 kids. I read an article on them a few years back. They are also from California.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-sentenced-probation-accepting-plea-deal.html Former Indiana University frat boy accused of raping two fellow students is freed after ONE DAY in jail and sentenced to probation after accepting a plea deal
Yeah, I was reading about that too. Someone needs to tell us again about how there really is no "priviledge". SMH in total disgust.
Yup! Frustration/rage with the system and this obvious good 'ol boy network would be understatements. It's like... What more needs to be done. The monster gets arrested, tried and convicted, and some asshole judge basically shakes his finger at the waste of flesh. If I feel this way.. I can only imagine how many bad feelings must be going through the heads of women, especially other sexual assualt/rape victims.
