Prince has died. R.I.P

Her American Music Awards tribute to Prince looked tired and weak.

She didn't really do him justice in the opinion of many who saw it.

On one hand I can see why Madonna personally wanted to do it; she, Prince and Michael Jackson were contemporaries and three of the biggest artists from the 1980s.

Losing Prince was probably like losing a family member for her.

But Madonna should have chosen someone else to do the performance.

Watch the BET awards and see what they do for their Prince tribute then you'll see why people were upset with Madonna.

 

Blame Questlove for that one. He should had put Prince's idol Stevie Wonder instead of Madonna and this is the BET Awards not the American Music Awards.

I remember after the success of Purple Rain, Prince specifically wanted Madonna to be in his next film. I could only imagine how it would've looked if they had a love scene in it. It didn't happen. She ended up as Michael Jackson's date for an award show. And the rest was history.

I didn't know Michael and Madonna had ever made love during the time. I do remember Madonna had hooked up with Dennis Rodman(Rodman bragged about it on Howard Stern's radio show and Rodman's ex-wife Anikka called in).

Can you imagine Prince and Madonna, while she had the pot belly and the round booty in a love scene? It would've only be shown at the late admission shows in a few theaters. I can imagine the as Prince's song International Lover is played.

Many times Prince was the topic in our guys circle. Specifically how awesome a musician he was and how much ass being thrown his way.

 

No doubt G both of them are white hot when it come to sugestive activities. Never knew Madonna had a booty. My beef with Madonna was she did not have a kid with a brother only with Latino men. I remember Rodman's ex wrote a book about their relationship.

From what I remember the brothas who hooked up with Madonna didn't treat her like she was serious relationship material.

They were star fucking and moved on.

I heard an audio book about it. Annika read it. I was very taken by her voice as she told her accounts of her time with Dennis Rodman.

Madonna LOVES sex. Though she had sex with black men, her real sexual attraction was on Latino/ Hispanic men. And she even dabbled in lesbianism, first with comedienne Sandra Bernhardt(allegedly) and then Bernhardt's girlfriend. It was well known that she sometimes kissed her female background singers. She had wanted Antonio Banderas in the film Evita. She really wanted him. And then she hooked up with Jose Canseco during the making of A League Of Their Own.

Madonna lost a good deal of weight since the 80's. Her rubbing her booty on the face of Mike Myers(as Austin Powers) in the Beautiful Stranger video.

And she had a child with director Guy Ritchie, who directed her in the remake of Swept Away(featuring the son of the original actor Giancarlo Gianininni from Mimic, Hannibal , Casino Royale and Quantum Of Solace). The movie lacked the fire the first film had.

 

You just hit that in the head G. Madonna loves Latinos so much it is not funny. Her love making with brothers are just that with no kid. On controversy I remember that made conservative Catholics upset including Pat Buchanan was in the video Like A Preyer she was intimate with one of the Black saints.

 

In the movie Madonna:Truth Or Dare, there was a clip with a couple of young girls , along with a priest sang "Madonna, Don't Preach," from Madonna's "Papa Don't Preach." In the film she is trying to have sex with one of her black male backup dancers. But she was disappointed and she tells him, "Don't come back here until your dick is bigger."

She did, indeed, catch hell for the Like A Prayer video. I thought it was a tempest in a teacup. Much ado about nothing. But, this was the 80's, a time of wonder discoveries, discussion and fear.

No one in the world was ready for Madonna. She influenced a lot of young girls and at the same time,unconsciously, made them targets for exploitation and rape. This is pretty much what conservative Catholics and others under that banner were angry about.

There was no bullshit about Madonna. She did what she wanted. She got what she wanted.

 

She's more thin-skinned than long assumed. Days after the tribute, she's still reacting to the way BET dissed her via Twitter, and looking rather immature over the issue.

I bet his dependence started with the hip replacement surgery he had a few years back.
