I don't know if they've been charged under the R.I.C.O. statute. That's something that is usually the result of a long-term investigation, where the authorities have been building evidence of an organization and a chain of command following orders from boss to foot soldier. A general melee like this might not be premeditated (or at least provable as such), but they should certainly get the bikers for reckless disregard for life in opening firm on people like that. I don't see how they don't get them on 2nd degree murder and attempted murder, as well as felony murder charges for others. I'm no expert on criminal law, so Loki? Are you out there? Lol

He's safe in the good ol'boy neck of the woods where even if you kill an unarmed black teenager, get acquitted, beat your girlfriend at her home and get a speeding ticket in Texas, the rednecks will accept and protect him as their own.

Considering the types of shitheels that Trump appeals to, I'm surprised he didn't contact Zimmerman and roll him out at some of his rallies as an example of "American Greatness".
