Nothing wrong with a little gardening. Keeps my Dad in shape all summer Maybe you could add some wood chopping to your routine I got to know this really cool guy at my gym who is 73 and works out 3 times a week. Sometimes his wife (who is 10 years younger) is joining him. We always end up talking a lot and joking around. His energy and discipline are impressive.
Funny thing abut the gym in my old neighborhod... It was across the street from a retirement community. If you go there during the day, you'll a few elderly folks working as personal trainers, and they look to be quite fit.
HEY Unique!!! It's a job!!! About 2 acres!! I've also been cutting low hanging limbs with a pole saw (chain not manual), and cutting small trees down on the rest of my property. It's kicking my ass!!
That's a lot of fucking work if your talking about the old school push lawn mowers, I tried being cheap for a summer doing that because my yard isn't big but big enough and using those big ass hedge trimmers shaped like scissors.... said fuck that half way thru summer and got me a regular lawn mower and cordless electric hedge cutters.
Last week was shitty, how to many errands to run and my body was mad tired so I took the rest of the week off to recover. Seeing results, I gained muscle and shed some fat. 1 month down, 2 more to go.
Back in the saddle!! Just made it in from a 10 miler. I'm so fucking weak!! Im proud of myself for getting started!! Now I gotta keep it up!
Awesome! I'm with ya there. Just thinking that I need to get back out there. Usually by this point in spring... I would've already had my bike rack on my car and riding each weekend. Thanks for the nudge.
Yeah, I know that's right. All of us seem to have something going, so we're really in it together. Hang in there. I did dig out my bike rack, and I plan put it on my car this weekend. Then I'll definitely have no excuses.
Your face looks way thinner from what I remember. Apparently you are doing a great job :smt023 And I love the headphones!
