Whats one way you just dont wanna die?

I had two dreams, two years apart about dying from the same means; gunshot. The dreams had many hidden meanings. I was(and still am) very surprised what I had read from the dream analysis books. To be honest, I don't have a particular way I want to die. I almost died when I had pneumonia two years ago.

 

That's freaky dreaming about shit like that. Even worse when you read the freaky ass meaning behind it! Sorry to hear that. Bet you live every day like your last now.

I just try to find a reason to live every single day. The first dream involved some guy who kidnapped my mother. Me and a friend went to find her. The guy had the jump on us. He asked, "Any last words, boy?"
I looked at him. His gun was aimed at my head.
In defiance, I replied, "The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want
.."
The guy fired.
I felt the bullet pass through my brain.
Everything went black.
I opened my eyes to see a huge castle in the clouds. I then heard a voice say, "Would you like to go back?"
I woke up in a cold sweat.

In the books death means change in people. Something dies and something else emerges.
The gun has a sexual connotation.
A castle represents stability. and clouds are indications of positive energy, of they are white and negative energy if they are dark.

 

Agreed! Drowning and burned to death. Has to be horrible along with the sheer terror of knowing death is likely. I really feel for rape victims, and it's made so much worse with the way the victims are treated.

 

Or eaten alive by large creatures(a snake or shark). A punch can even kill a person if hit hard enough. I sometimes wonder about the fascination with MMA. I guess it is the possibility of seeing blood or broken bones during a fight. A painful way to die.

 

Fire or cancer. Being burned alive has got to be the most painful and dying from cancer can be the most agonizingly slow way to die. The ultimate for me would be being placed in a box, no ability to move or rotate and having the lid three inches from my face. Most unlikely way I'll die (unless I'm buried alive) but the movement restriction would send me into a mindless frenzy and hyperventilation. I'm insanely claustrophobic. So bad , that I cannot do an MRI. Life or death doesn't matter. I simply can't do it. I would have to be unconscious...PERIOD!

Absolutely! There's plenty of ways that would simply be horrible. Ideally, I just wouldn't want to know (nor feel) death is coming immediately.

 

Hypothermia would suck. I'd imagine being out in the cold ocean at midnight and due to the symptoms, not knowing which way to swim. Once they set in, you would be fighting to stay alive knowing that you are going to die anyway. A mental hell. The thought of cold ocean water alone is bit scary.

 

That's a slow mentally fucked up death.

 

Getting cut in half by a train and still being alive would suck too. Or getting coupled.

I always say I'd rather be too hot than too cold.

We've had winter storms in VA where the power was out for 12 hours at it's 15-20 degrees outside.

WHen your fingers start getting numb and your whole body is shaking, it gives you a glimpse of dying from freezing to death.

But I think you'd pass out in some kind of sleep before you died.

 

Another is being crushed to death in a car crash or from debris from a building or from boulders.

When I visited NYC, and had to get on the subway trains, I made a point to stand by the wall or lean against the post away from the edge of the platform. Some crazy person could push you in front of an oncoming train. Disgusting.

 

It's a tie for me. Knowing that I am about to die in a plane crash with it going down because of a hijacking and that guy purposely crashing it into a building or a mountain...just horrible.

Being burned alive. Screaming in sheer pain knowing you're going to die. Horrible.

Drowning. The thought of water filling my lungs while I sink deeper and deeper into water while I'm trying to grasp for air? That's my worst nightmare.

Well, one of my worst nightmares. The other one would be being burned alive. I can't even imagine what kind of pain that must feel like.
