Remake or Reboot your fave Non Comedy Show from the past

I know many hate when shows are rebooted or remade but some shows are ripe for reboot treatment. Miami Vice is one of them in my opinion. Reboot and cast a non comedy tv show from the past - must be at least 15 years ago. So shows from 60s-90s. Also suggest which platform its for e.g. Network TV(ABC), Cable( AMC), Streaming (Netflix).

In the original series he only lasted in the first 2 seasons and got killed..in this version he'd have a longer run thru out the series. A villain they just keep missing at the last second or on technicalities..around the middle seasons they temporarily albeit reluctantly team up to get a common enemy who even is more dangerous than Danny then in the series finale they finally arrest him.

Lurch- Ian White(from the Alien v Predator films, Prometheus and maybe Man of Steel).

Cousin It- any of the diminutive sized actors or actresses out there.

That's my suggestions.

 

Great show. It should've lasted longer. I agree with everything except Mary j blige. I love her but.....

Another good choice would be Michelle Rodriguez

Aziz could possibly do an OK job. Chapelle could too. It needs to be a rapid fire type comedian. None will ever be able to do a remake justice but Aziz and Chapelle are the only ones that I could possibly think could come somewhat close

 

Maybe all Orkians don't act like Mork did...that way the person isn't required to do fast paced comedy in the vein of robin williams..

 

Well, then it wouldn't be a Mork and Mindy remake, would it!!?
