What's Your BP Reading

Just recently had a medical for a new job, my BP reading was 130/70......is that good? What's about you guys, what's yours?

 

It is not bad, I have heard that the smaller bottom number is actually a little more important, and little things that one might not think of that can make it a little higher, like needing to go to the bathroom, or being in pain while having it taken.

Mine has hovered around this same number as yours, similar, I asked the nurse about it, and they said it was ok.

 

^Yeah, when I get nervous, the top number goes up.

 

My latest about 2 weeks ago was 129/79
