Haha the crazy part is i actually havent lol combined with having no appetite from being ill and then just stepping it up a notch with healthy eating that is the result and maybe a couple of crunches once a week.
Got in a run today on my preparation for a 10k in late October.
I surprisingly did 7 miles today alternating between a 6mph jog and 10mph run.
I need to be like you when I grow up
I took the day off so... I slept in and got in a short run to start the day.
