Sooooooooo close to my short term goal of 6.5miles in a hour. Did 6.3 in a hour today. Gym was hot as fuck and they didn't have no A/C on today. I did 5 miles in 46'02". I need to get my 5 mile time down to 40 minutes or less. Took my sons to the park later playing it tag and hide go seek with everyone. God these fucking 9 year olds are quick! I have a lot of cardio and explosiveness work to do.

Can't really see my transformations anymore. My face is thinning out but not really noticeable. I'm losing weight all in my legs and ass. My 36W shorts are sagging tho!

They say you don't notice it but I'm sure other people will myself included. Take that shirt off! Haha man you're gonna make me get out the conversion chart/calculator lol I have no idea what that size is.

As usual I'm a bit late in starting to train for the R&R Brooklyn half marathon in October, but I'll be ready. At the gym I'm stepping back a bit on weights (except legs), and more cardio.

5 miles in 46 minutes? Beast!

Man, I know I'm overweight but I got a lot of work to do to get to your level. I'm exhausted at 2.5 miles in an hour.

Leisurely 4.2 miles this morning but gave up when eyes started burning from sweating. I should've gone out earlier. Averaged 11:02/mile this morning.

4.3 miles yesterday. I was planning for 5-6, but like Saturday... It was getting a bit too hot. I really needed to start earlier.

Good job, keep at it. I did 10.5 miles on my bike yesterday morning in 107 degree heat, then walked 18 holes of golf with my son in the afternoon! Cant wait for things too cool off here in Az., just another 2 months to go!
