Marvel's killing it left and right!! ...... So is Frank Castle!!!

Not a fan of the character. But, I will watch it because it's a Marvel Netflix show and they're usually, at the very least, entertaining.

Interesting video. T'challa and Stark are quite different for them to both be so far advanced.

David Ramsey Shows off His New 'Arrow' Costume
At the end of last week's episode of Arrow, Oliver Queen stunned fans by stepping down from being Green Arrow only to turn the mantle over to John Diggle, presumably for good. Now, ahead of Diggle's first outing as the hero, actor David Ramsey is showing off his take on the costume.

In a photo shared to his official Instagram account this weekend, Ramsey suits up as Star City's vigilante hero with the simple caption "@StephenAmell until you turn my friend... I accept." The photo comes in response to Arrow star Stephen Amell's slightly cryptic tweet last week telling Ramsey "you're up." You can check out the photo below.

While this isn't the first look at Diggle as Green Arrow -- that came in the promo trailer for the upcoming "Next of Kin" episode of Arrow -- this photo does give fans a good look at this new take on the hero. It appears that Diggle's Green Arrow will be nearly identical to Oliver's version, at least in terms of costume, though another surprise last week may call into question just how well Diggle will be able to fill Oliver's shoes.

In the show's sixth season premiere fans noticed that Diggle had issues firing his weapon which resulted in Wild Dog getting seriously injured. After struggling again in the latest episode, Diggle opened up to Dinah that while everyone had previously assumed he was unharmed, Diggle took shrapnel to the shoulder on Lian Yu, leaving him with degenerative nerve damage. Diggle had resolved to talk to Oliver about the issue, but ultimately said nothing when Oliver instead asked him to take on up the Green Arrow mantle.

While this isn't the first time Diggle has suited up in Oliver's place (back in season one Diggle stepped up as "The Hood" briefly,) with Diggle truly taking on the mantle there will likely be significant fallout, from possible strain on Diggle's relationship to longer term impact on the very future of Star City.

Fans will just have to keep tuning in to Arrow on Thursday nights at 9/8c on The CW to see how Diggle's turn as Green Arrow works out.

Marvel Shares Designs For Thor's New Look and Hammer

The design gives Thor a new costume with gold trim to match his arm and hammer. It also restores Thor’s winged helmet, but keeps his current short hair and beard, possibly to make the character look consistent with how Chris Hemsworth appears in Thor: Ragnarok. Source: CB News

DC’s ‘Shazam!’ Taps Zachary Levi for Lead Role

Zachary Levi will play the title character in New Line and DC Entertainment’s “Shazam!,” sources confirmed to Variety.

The film follows a boy named Billy Batson who can transform into an adult superhero by uttering the magic word “Shazam!” The name is an acronym of the ancient gods and historical figures Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, and Mercury, from whom Batson derives his heroic attributes from when in adult form.

David F. Sandberg is directing from a screenplay by Henry Gayden and Darren Lemke. “Annabelle: Creation’s” Peter Safran will produce.

“Shazam!” will be the next DC Cinematic Universe movie to begin shooting, ahead of the “Flashpoint,” “Batgirl,” which Joss Whedon will direct, and the “Suicide Squad” sequel, which Gavin O’Connor just came aboard to helm. DC and Warner Bros. are also currently developing a standalone film about “Black Adam,” Shazam’s arch nemesis. Dwayne Johnson is attached to play Black Adam in that pic.

Levi, best known for his role on “Chuck,” most recently appeared in NBC’s “Heroes Reborn” and the network’s Eva Longoria comedy “Telenovela.” He also has superhero credentials and can be seen next week in Marvel Studios' Thor: Ragnarok as Fandral, one of Thor's companions, a role he first played in Thor: The Dark World.

Other actors in the mix for the role in the last few months have included Zane Holtz, Billy Magnussen, and Jake McDorman, the star of TV’s “Limitless.”

All he has to do is bulk up. He's got the height and the "Awe shucks" cornball way about him. So, I think he'll do fine.

Wasn't the first movie, not a flop but a disappointment? I don't have high hopes for "Pacific Rim 2" being a box office success.

A lot of the American fanboy audience didn't think the first Pacific Rim was "anime" enough because most of the Jaeger/Kaiju fights happened at night or underwater. Same fanboy critics are currently complaining that it now looks too much like Transformers since you can see the Jaegers in daylight fighting and (surprise, surprise) Boyega now the lead instead of bringing back Charlie Hunnam......

Rumor has it that Disney is in talks to buy Fox. You know what that means. X-Men and the FF4 could be coming home.

Yeah, apparently talks have been on again off again for weeks. I think maybe one of the biggest obstacles could be taxes on Fox's part. A sale of that magnitude will trigger a huge tax bill.

But, it happens, no more Singer Universe X-Men movies. That's like Christmas to me.

Random questions here. With The Justice League storylines how long do anyone think it will be before we get a Val-Zod movie? Do you think we are going to see superwoman or powergirl in the DCEU anytime soon?

LOL. They never used Val-Zod in any DC animated movie/TV Show OR live action TV show. I don't think that's even a consideration.

His story is the making of one really good movie though. They really did a awesome job telling it in the comics.

I know fans keep wondering if he'll show up on supergirl or The Flash. They thought he was the one in that pod that crashed landed on earth when it was of course Mon-El.
