Personally these are things I do when I feel down about something:

*See it from a humorous perspective
*Compare it to similar past situations that had a positive outcome
*Think of other things that could be a lot worse
*Focus on an upcoming event which I am excited about
*Spoil myself at the end of a rough day,be it with a bubble bath, dining out instead of cooking or whatever else I feel like
*No matter what is going on,make sure I make at least some room for things that make me smile and add happiness to my life

    Sometimes,yes.
However I already walk on average 6-7 kilometers at work, all in fresh air, regardless of weather.
Literally hundreds of car checks (in 3 variations of detail) add up to a lot of walking.
One of my coworkers brought a pedometer to various shifts at different gates and different times of the day with different activity levels.
Walking patrol in a 12 hour shift means walking about 10 kilometers.

Oh thats alot of walking u do.
    Do u get really tired?

Walking for me is good. U are getting that sun and u can think on things if u want. Just like u said focus on positive things

Yes,I do get tired sometimes. Especially in extreme weather situations, and of course the length of shift with up to 12 hours and constant shift changes add to it.
However at the end of the day I feel accomplished, and when I spend some of that hard earned money,I know that I earned it.
Plus it is an unusual field for a female,or so a lot of people say at least, so that gives it a bit of a special feeling.

Creating freaking beautiful salads and being a healthy bastard is my ultimate happiness/love. Lame as fuck but I feel excited and exhilarated prepping/cooking healthy food.
