You do realize she meant negotiating a BINDING agreement with North Korea, not a photo-op.

    It's coming, don't worry.

Hilda could never have pulled this off, even for a photo-op. Her place is in "Hollywood" posing with her donors.
Her place is in Haiti so she can hoodwink their leader to steal their millions in donation funds.

Furthermore, this 3X LOSER had the audacity to tell Obama don't negotiate with Russia, but she eagerly took the photo-op for her famous "RESET BUTTON"

"...Clinton wrote a confidential memo to the White House on how to handle Vladimir Putin, the aggressive and newly reinstalled Russian president. Her bluntly worded advice: Snub him.

“Don’t appear too eager to work together,” Clinton urged President Obama, according to her recollection of the note in her 2014 memoir. “Don’t flatter Putin with high-level attention. Decline his invitation for a presidential summit.”...'

Now look at her, cozying up to Russia.

And you wonder why in a survey, only 9% believe in Hillary.
Keep in mind, 11% believe in Bigfoot.

So far it appears that we got absolutely nothing worthwhile, just the same empty promises that NK has been making for decades. I'm waiting to see if there is anything of substance there but knowing Trump the way I do there probably isn't.

So far the only thing he's really done is jeopardize our relationships with our longtime allies and cozy up to the dictators that he admires so much. "Stable genius," indeed.

Agreed! You gotta love how he's gone from "Rocket Man" to "Smart", "loves his country", "wants to do great things", "I like him". All of that out of one short meeting. Can't make this stuff up.

Hillary never told Obama not to negotiate with Russia.smh

Her comments referred to strategy in dealing with Putin. One thing HRC and Obama understood is they don't share common interests or objectives globally with the Kremlin.

Russia is typically allied with our enemies and provides them military and logistical support. As Trump becomes more isolationist, you're going to see greater Chinese and Russian influence throughout the world.

What the hell is he supposed to say to him? Do you want peace to occur or do you want continued insults and nuclear threats? FGS!

    What deal did Kim take???

That's why people aren't giving this 'summit' much credit, because noting definitive was accomplished.

They both signed an agreement with no guarantees and little specifics. It would take and Iran type nuclear deal to end North Korea's nuclear program and that's not happening.

Then Trump had the audacity to tweet today that North Korea was no longer a nuclear threat. WTF???

That's right up there with Dubya saying, "Mission accomplished," when Saddam was overthrown.

You don't hold Kim accountable with vague generalities on a piece of paper.

China is still his benefactor and Trump is not prepared to go to war against NK.

Kim still has a 60 warhead nuclear arsenal and for that reason alone U.S. options against NK are limited.

So yeah, until further notice, it was a photo op.

People want Trump to act like a POTUS and not a gameshow host.
Did you see anyone from the Obama administration praise the ayatollahs after the Iran nuclear deal was ratified??

Trump is too quick to get on his knees once he thinks he's accomplished something he wants.

Notice that Kim didn't say one flattering word towards Trump after their summit, because that's now world leaders talk to each other.

Iran type deal? Iran who told Obama we will do what the hell we want, right after?.
And Obama's response was to secretly lift their sanctions and give them billions in cash??

    https://www.denverpost.com/2018/06/...ssible-iranian-access-to-us-financial-system/

"...WASHINGTON – The Obama administration went out of its way in early 2016 to help Iran recoup previously sanctioned oil revenue stranded in an overseas account after the nuclear deal went into effect and actively misled Congress regarding those efforts, according to the results of a nearly two-year Republican investigation released early Wednesday..."

The point is we have inspectors on the ground in Iran investigating their nuclear facilities to make sure they are in compliance with the deal.
It wasn't just a piece of paper both of them signed.

Those are called DETAILS. A deal without them is just nonexistent.

    CNN even refute you.
North Korean media, tightly controlled by the state, usually refrains from reporting on Kim's immediatediplomatic moves and typically delivers news of major events the day after they happen.
The front page of the state newspaper, the Rodong Sinmun, splashed photos of the two leaders, under the headline: "A meeting of the century that opened a new era in history of North Korea-US relations."
...the State Run Newspaper "applauded Trump's willingness to negotiate despite longstanding hostility between the two countries.

It said: A joint statement signed by the two leaders committed to "establish new US-DPRK relations," reaffirming Kim's "firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula" and offering security guarantees to Pyongyang.

The KCNA report stated that: the two leaders shared their "opinions about the practical measures that are important to accomplish peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and finish the hostility between North Korea and the US."

Yes. Totally not giving Trump any shine.

To beat us in a war NK would need Iran as a strategic partner. They would also need China for logistic and military support.

Dotard pulling out of the Iran deal before the summit makes no sense at all. He has never been a strategic thinker anyway. So far, it looks like a big win for Kim.
By dotard meeting him one on one he gets to project the image that he is on our level, which is great for him politically. Also, for us to stop our military training with SK was a big win for him.

Can't wait to see what we got in return. Most likely nothing.

Yeah, because Magician Obama put that deal together in ONE DAY.
    Like I said, IT'S COMING.
Kim knows he's a dead man walking if he renigs. And if he doesn't know it, and does, he's a dead man.

    Yeah, I agree... FGS!!!

Obviously, the juvenile name-calling is his MO, but to come along in a press conference with those idiotic comments? Who in their right mine would take that seriously, and think that suddenly we've gone from dealing with a murderous, ruthless dictator to a well-meaning leader? So, yeah... Have your press conference, but get a f*cking clue, and spare us the bullshit.

Trump isn't bombing NK. Ever. Nor is he planning to invade NK to destroy their nukes.

Maybe you're willing to sacrifice SK to defeat NK, but no rational thinking person in the Pentagon is.

Listen to what you keep parroting to defend paying Iran, Loki - that the United States owed .$1.3 billion dollars - to Iran. It makes absolutely no sense.
Do you actually believe that because we didn't deliver military equipment valued at $400 million in 1979, it unequivocally turned into $1.3 billion dollars, because of interest?

Nevermind that in the interim since 1979, we were sending Iran Millions upon Millions upon Millions in Foreign Aid every year.

Suddenly, Obama's State department wants to pay Iran, and comes up with an accrued amount, but won't divulge how they came to that figure.

Their official excuse for the amount is, "well, Iran was going to charge us a high interest rate... so we believe this is a good deal for the American taxpayer"
    Really?

Consider also, the United States had filed counter-suits against Iran for millions of dollars for their violations, but somehow the state department didn't pursue those countersuits against Iran and wouldn't explain why.
And there's more to it, ie: their lack of offsetting.

At the end of the day, Loki, no we did not owe Iran 1.3 billion dollars.
