    While the main reason I am here is for an adult based friendship/ relationship that can not happen without three things.
    1. Mutual physical attraction.
    2. A level of conversation that can be had without talking about sex.
    3. An established trust that will allow us to be comfortable enough to keep things fun and interesting.
