In order for diversity to happen in Hollywood we need actions that are as big as this. There are those in hollywood that wants the ethnic diversity, but too scared to step up. He might of took a hit of a big paycheck and upping his fame if this was going to be good, but Im pretty sure he is aware with him being a white guy and at the rate they get cast over everyone else realizes how worth it it was.

As the old saying goes, no guts, no glory. Because diversity hurts NO ONE but racist and bigots.

If dude was actually worrying about a paycheck & fame he could have easily just stayed on Game of Thrones playing Daario Naharis.
