I did take it personally. I was taught to treat others how I want to be treated. I would never talk to anyone in that manner, it's downright disrespectful. This is off topic, but I have a question for everyone. I put an ad for a roommate in the paper, and have gotten replies. How much do people normally charge for deposits, additional rooms, deposits for animals? Do I have to go to a lawyer to get a renter's agreement written up? Any help would be appreciated.
