The fucked up part of all this is, from what I've heard, Louis apologized to these women, personally, years ago.

Everyone is trying to shoot their shot no matter who they step on.
Well they'll get what they want a world where men don't speak to them unless the angle is to tell them what they want to hear so they can have sex.
And if that becomes too much then they'll be replaced by sex robots and porn. They'll finally be free to be around only women. Free of men a wonderful world where romance is dead and petty cat fighting

What's crazy is I know of so many couples that met and married from work. How is a dude supposed to make his move, not knowing if a female is attracted to him or not??

I know stepping to women at the job is a reckless game, but damn now even propositioning a female to dinner that you work with, not even as her supervisor, could be considered sexual harassment.smh

If Louis CK apologized to those female comics years ago for his behavior, it's kind of slimy they're coming after him now like this.
Some of these disclosures IMO seem vindictive.
I suspect the escort game is going to see an influx of male clientele.
Dealing with regular women 24/7 is just too risky.

The reality is that money, success, and accomplishing your goals is much more beneficial than sex and women. Gloria steinem said that a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle. I agree. A man needs a woman like a fish needs a bicycle.

The reality is that we convince ourselves we need someone when we really don't. Society needs men and women, but on an individual basis, you actually don't need anyone beyond sex and procreation (assuming you desire one or both of those things).

There is a saying, paraphrasing a bit, men lose money chasing women, but men never lose women chasing money. The reality is that with technology and so on, artificial wombs, sex robots/companion robots, people are going to withdraw from each other at a faster rate.

My suggestion is to be respectful of everyone regardless of gender, be stone cold to the opposite sex at the workplace, and focus on yourself. Your job/career is more important than any sec you might get (not to mention the amount of people with stds walking around nowadays). If you must date, do it outside of work, and keep your relationships as far removed from your place of business as possible.

A little advice my father gave me, "get your own coffee, women can try to put you in a position to lose your job especially as a black man. Keep your guard up in the work place and never let your female assistant or coworker get anything for you."

    He wasn't wrong.

That's not enough these days, all men must be hung out to dry

The weird thing about this witch hunt? If you take down all these powerful men in show business, there will be nobody left to put these women on. Think how many female guest stars Louis CK alone hired to be on his sitcom. It ain't like women are in power positions to consistently hire other women. A few years ago women were complaining because the female head of Sony didn't hire other women. That's like me cheerleading the demise of the white man when he's the only one signing checks and making new white women that we like to date and marry. Short-sighted to say the least

The Flash’ Showrunner Andrew Kreisberg Suspended Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Andrew Kreisberg, co-creator/executive producer of the CW/Warner Bros TV DC series The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow, has been suspended from his duties by the studio today over allegations of sexual harassment, with WBTV launching an internal investigation.

“We have recently been made aware of allegations of misconduct against Andrew Kreisberg,” Warner Bros. TV Group said in a statement Friday night. “We have suspended Mr. Kreisberg and are conducting an internal investigation. We take all allegations of misconduct extremely seriously, and are committed to creating a safe working environment for our employees and everyone involved in our productions.

Kreisberg has been one of the top lieutenants of Greg Berlanti, the boss of the CW/DC universe. He has been a key auspice on all DC series, with primary focus on serving as showrunner of The Flash.

“We were recently made aware of some deeply troubling allegations regarding one of our showrunners,” Berlanti Prods.’ principals Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter said in a statement. “We have been encouraging and fully cooperating with the investigation into this by Warner Bros.

“There is nothing more important to us than the safety and well-being of our cast, crew, writers, producers and any staff,” they added. “We do not tolerate harassment and are committed to doing everything we can to make an environment that’s safe to work in and safe to speak up about if it isn’t.”

According to people familiar with the situation, several staffers on The Flash have complained about Kreisberg’s behavior.

On at least one occasion, Kreisberg interacted with a young female writer on The Flash early in the show’s run in a manner that was described as “inappropriate” and also “a hostile work environment,” according to a source close to the situation.

The woman in question had worked for Kreisberg in various capacities and people close to her described his behaviors to Deadline as ongoing and escalating over time.

In her role as a writer, the woman met with Kreisberg on a Friday and told him that she wanted to be let out of her contract early and leave the show. He asked her to wait and talk to other people who encouraged her to consider staying until the end of the season because there were only a couple of weeks left. She decided that that was not what she wanted because she felt uneasy and left within few days, sources said.

The writer did not site sexual harassment for abruptly leaving the show weeks before the end of the season but according to sources, the “toxic” environment on the WBTV series that she felt from Kreisberg made her want to leave immediately.

There are allegations from at least one other woman, a director who did episodes of Arrow and The Flash, who had complained of inappropriate behavior by Kreisberg.

An attorney for Kreisberg could not be reached for comment.

He was gay even when he was on Star Trek. Everyone in the cast except William Shatner knew he was gay. He and Nichelle Nichols were friends long before Star Trek, she met Takei when he was performing in college theater.

These accusations and allegations of bad behavior are catching on like a "Flash."
Bad joke aside, as William Shakespeare wrote in Hamlet, "There's something rotten in this state of Denmark." Or, in Macbeth, "By the pricking of thy thumbs, something wicked this way comes."

Hollywood has got to get its shit together and clean out its own closet. If I were an actor, right now, I would definitely stay away from Hollywood. I would rather act in independent films.

The Hughes Brothers(Alan and Albert), stayed clear of Hollywood because they didn't like the people they had to do business with.
