I do not know of such places where an IR couple could relax. There are a number of IR nighclubs in KC, but I do not like them. It just seems so contrived you know? But, if there were no limits nor boundaries, I think a nice place to go would be the Savoy Restaurant in downtown KCMO (the oldest restaurant in town). Then, possibly go to 18th and Vine to some newly renovated clubs that sponsor some geat names jazz artists...but, it will never be just like the old days. Evenso, it is still worth a trip to the area.
